Claimed By A Dragon Prince

Lily was led by one of the servants to her quarters she had been shown to when she first got there. Her energy wasn’t too low and she didn’t want to sleep per say so she sat in one of the chairs next to the window so the sun could shine on her while she took a rest. Sliding down that hill was fun and very childish, but she hadn’t felt that before and was glad she now had that kind of joyful experience.

Lily didn’t know what to make of her situation since she was in love with one dragon and well on her way to loving the other. He eyes grew heavy as she slipped in to deep slumber she didn’t know she needed.

This time she began walking in her mother’s temple hoping to find her this time. The place was lit up and there were more servants than usual. Stopping one they directed her to a garden on the other side of the pavilion. There her mother sat near a headstone looking at it with such care.

Seeing her daughter arrive she walked over to her giving her a big hug. "I am sorry about last time. I should have explained. Any Wolf god can call another wolf god, especially of their related. I didn’t think Vestis would summon you, and I should have warned you. I’m so sorry, my dear."

Lily figured there was more going on with that last visit, but she let it go since she already had things in motion to take care of that idiot. Pulling back, Lily was still in a conflictual state of mind because of two handsome dragons. "What is it Lily? What’s wrong?"

"Is it possible to have or be attracted to more then one male or partner for that matter?" Artemis was surprised she would ask this since she, herself, has had similar feels, but decided on one. "Why do you ask this? Did you meet someone?" They walked to the place Artemis just walked from, sitting down on cushions now having the chance to see who her mother was honoring.

It was her father, only the image carved into stone was of a man a bit younger then the man she knew. Being in a different realm must have taken its toll on him. "I did meet someone. Well they kidnapped me first, brought me to their settlement, tired to have me charge with a crime I didn’t know I committed. Then as all that was happening I was attacked by those toxic slugs trying to suck all my energy away. I purified that place, effectively killing the slugs, but I did overdo it a bit too."

Her mother listened intently having seen some of what she said from looking in on her from time to time. "When i woke up I was in the room of the dragon master that brought me there. HE also happens to be Dimitri’s Twin and yes they look almost the same, except for the black mark on half his body."

"You need to get to the point darling, you losing me." "Right sorry, I just wanted to make sure you and me were on the same page. I’ll shorten this up. Come to find out, I could feel things for him that, I thought, after mating someone you couldn’t feel again for another person. Then I ended up....umm...."sleeping" with the guy, and I want to do it again. What is wrong with me? Shouldn’t I only want or need one person? Why him to?"

Artemis hoped this wouldn’t happen to her daughter, but the will of the gods and the continuous cycle they live dictates just what happens to them. She didn’t want her daughter to suffer, but not all gods make the same mistakes or decisions. On one had she wanted to tell Lily exactly what was happening, and why she felt this way, but that would go against the will of the gods.

On the other hand if she gave Lily the vague version of the truth she would find out in her own time why, as her mother, she couldn’t or shouldn’t say anything about how Fate works. "I can only tell you this: Life is to short to try and stick by society’s rules. You never lived by them so don’t. Your a Goddess with unlimited, untapped power. You are just starting your journey and making huge leaps to help not just one Clan but all of them. IF this man makes you happy and you feel just as much for him as you do Dimitri, then just let it flow. The details will be worked out as you go along. That’s been my experience, anyway."

Listening to her mother Lily could tell there was more that could be said, but there must be a reason for Artemis to hold back. "That’s not so much an answer as it is advise, mother. You still aren’t answering my question. Why him? Is it even possible to have more then one mate as a god? Aren’t there rules?" Artemis only knew of a handful of gods that had more then one mate or the same gender of mate.

After Vestis kidnapped their daughter, and Magnus chased after him she had become very lonely sitting in her pavilion waiting for her love to come back. She was still a Wolf Goddess with her own responsibilities and interacting with other gods was one of her tasks. Vestis mostly handled them before, but now she had to take time to have meetings and do negotiations so other gods so Clans didn’t collide or chaos being ensued.

After finding out just how much power Vestis had been gathering before he raced of with Lily. Artemis realized he wanted to take over the whole realm and the physical realm as well. Her plans then changed as she went about making peace and strong alliances with the gods instead of killing them all, causing the rise of power to tip in one direction. She wasn’t one to take control, she just wanted everyone to live equally.

But her heart kept playing tricks on her even when she thought her feelings for Vestis had diminished. She loved Magnus, but she also still had feelings for Vestis too. He cared for her, making her feel safe and cared about for many years. That kind of love doesn’t just go away, especially for someone so close to her.

Artemis couldn’t tell anyone about this since it would mean she had a weakness. She had to worry about what it would mean to her child that so few knew existed. She was sitting here now, hearing that Lily was now going through the same issues. Finding the right in way of things was the hard part because the rules were basic and meant to be expanded upon. Lily hadn’t been taught these ways, so she would understand her meaning of things.

"I have a few books you need to find. I know you are not aware of the way things are done here and you need to educate yourself to be a true goddess. Get in touch with your father, he will know what to give you. I know you wanted more from me, but I am also limited and what I can say."

Lily knew she would have to wait again, but maybe her father would have a better idea of what she could do or if there was something she need to find out. She was two different kinds of gods, maybe that changes things for her. "Alright. I will. Thank you, mother."

Waking up she had a good perspective on what she need to find and hoped that her father would give her some answers to some of these problems. If not she had a long road of trial and error to go through finding out if she was meant to have more then one mate or not. All she wanted was to live a good life, but she would have to go talk with both men to find out if there anything was to happen.

She was too honest to let things like this fester and she wasn’t one to hide the truth, even if it could hurt someone. Getting up from her chair, Lily went about finding her two men when she heard a loud bang and crashing noise coming down the stairs.

When she got outside, and all she could see was blue scales and black skin colliding with each other, clawing and biting wherever they could grab. *You have got to be kidding me!* These two just had to take it out on each other before she could even talk to them. Walking out to an open spot close to them she takes a deep breath in ready to chew their ass’s. "HEY ARE YOU FUCKING IDIOTS DONE YET? I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN CLEAN UP TWO DEAD DRAGONS!"

They both stopped fighting, hearing her scream, blinking down at her pissed off form. *Oh No....* Is all they could think when she sent a huge wave of wind at them, sending them over the housing into the wall face on the other side of the cavern. *Fucking idiots!*
