Claimed By A Dragon Prince

The clouds were darker this time and she wasn’t walking into the familiar pavilion. It was covered in rock with high walls, and shining eyes staring at her as she walked through. *What the hell is this?* Lily wasn’t sure why she was being led this way, but someone wanted her here.

Approaching a door she stopped in front of it waiting for it to open when she noticed a keyhole shaped like a hand. *What?* Lily was skeptical of putting her hand in something that could potentially chop it off, but she inspected the lock and seen no hidden triggers or slips of metal that matched the seams. Placing her hand through the hole she felt a flat lever and pushed down on it.

The huge door opened revealing a throne room with wolf gods and goddess on the walls and tapestries telling different stories for each pair. When she reached the last pair the mural wasn’t done. The wolf look like her mother while the male she didn’t recognize. "Sad, isn’t it?" Lily turned around to see someone she didn’t think to ever meet in this form.

"Vestis." He smiled happy that she knew his name and recognized who he was. "Aww so my daughter does recognize her father. I always hoped to approach you on agreeable means." It took everything in her not to blast him in the face, but she knew better then to give her hand away. "Father? I’m a little confused. My father is a dra....."

"He is not your father! I am! Artemis is my mate!" The shocked look on Lily’s face told him that he went to far. "Please forgive me. That dragon god has been a bad influence on your mother for years. Please don’t let him rub off on you too." He tried to seem concerned and compassionate towards her, but she could tell it was an act.

"Why summon me here? From what mother has told me you are in the same realm as me. So why haven’t I been with you this whole time, Father?" She knew just what to ask and how to ask it so he wouldn’t thinks he knew more then what Artemis thought to be true. Vestis could see his daughter visibly mad at him as he tried to keep the compassionate streak going.

"Please don’t be mad at me. That dragon stole you from me and put you in a place I couldn’t find you. I have been hiding out with one of the noble factions of the Wolf Clan. They gave me a place while I tried to find you. I am sorry it has taken me so long to contact you. I just felt your energy burst a little while ago and tried to reach out for you. And here you are."

This sick f*ck had a weird way of trying to convince someone they have been searching for their long lost daughter. This was probably the hardest she had had to restrain herself form killing someone before. But if Lily could get the drop on him she would have the advantage over him. "So what now? Were you expecting a warm embrace? Tears in my eyes after finding my supposed father? Think again. If nothing else I’m pissed it took you so long to find me. Your a god and now you show up? What the f*ck took you so long?!"

A slap came out of nowhere as Lily’s left cheek stung from the hit. "You will never talk to me that way again! EVER! I am your father and no matter how much time has past, you will respect that! Am I clear?" Lily held her cheek, tasting the blood in her mouth from a loose tooth. She spit the blood out on the ground looking at him with disdain in her eyes.

"That’s how you command loyalty? Brute force? Please, if you knew anything about my life this kind of treat was a daily thing for me. If you want me to think of you as my father or even accept you as such, you’re gonna have to give me some assurance that your actually him. Otherwise, go piss up a rope, joker." The angry look on his face told her everything she knew he couldn’t hide.

He went to raise his had to her again when she caught his hand before it could make contact with her face again. "You thought I’d let you touch me twice. F*cking idiot." She threw his arm back, then roundhouse kicked him across the room, leaving a visible crater in the wall. He fell from the wall, looking over at his daughter, smiling that she was so strong. "Yes, my daughter. Yes! You are the person I need to help bring us back to this realm. Come meet me at the Wolf Clan Palace. I am there on business and could use someone of your talents."

"I make no promises." Lily felt herself being pulled back to her body at that moment her father waved her off as if he knew she had to leave.

Lily found herself lying in Dran’s bed again wondering how long she had been there. Last time someone tried to attack her, this time he was sitting in a chair next to the window, kind of slumped into the chair. Lily got up, seeing she only had the slip on, she tried to find a robe or dress to put on.

Looking at the end of the bed there was a dress sitting there. She went to reach for it when she felt eyes on her. Turning to see Dran awake and staring at her she was unsure what to do next. "I’m assuming this is for me?" Lily pointed to the dress she was reaching for as he nodded yes. "Okay, thank you."

She turned around to put the dress on trying not to feel so exposed when she felt a hand on her hip gripping it hard. "Don’t move." Lily wanted to run, but a part of her told her not to move either. She was conflicted about her reaction to him since she was only suppose to have these kinds of feelings for her mate. "What are you doing?" Lily whispered out trying not to sound so breathless.

Dran grabbed her other hip, holding Lily in place as she tried to pull the dress over her head. "I don’t know." Lily pulled the dress down to the point his hands held her in place as his scent finally hit her almost in the same way Dimitri’s did. *What?!* She tried to fight the reaction her body was having, but she leaned into him, laying her head on his shoulder, exposing the right side of her neck to him in submission.

"Woman, you can’t tempt me like this. I don’t do this." He whispered along her neck, her scent invading his senses, driving him to take her offering. Her whimper at his lips making contact with her skin almost undid him. Letting go, he made his way across the room from her as she fell into his chair. Shaking her head, she looked up, horrified at what she had almost let him do.

"Get out. Now!" Lily shouted at him, ashamed that she would let herself act that way with him. "GO!" He ran out of the room, slamming the door, running for the surface level needing the fresh air in his lungs. He couldn’t believe he had reacted to her that way. He had never reacted to anyone that way before, let alone a mated female. It was becoming dangerous to be in her presence, but if she could grow a couple more fields of food, his people would survive a couple of years. Enough time to get them back on track.

And if she actually succeeds with eliminating the slugs and the toxin from the ground the death rate would decrease as well. But he would have to give her up and never see her again because in a couple days his brother would be here to take his mate back. A dark feeling started to creep up in his heart that he never thought to feel before, Jealousy.

Lily tried to deny what just happened, thinking she might still be too weak from the over-energy usage she went through in the last couple of days. But she could still feel his body along her back and his member coming to life along her ass cheeks. Her body lit up at his touch, which she didn’t think she could feel for another person other than Dimitri. *What is happening to me? Why? Why?!*

She never wanted this to happen and couldn’t believe she could do this to Dimitri. Sitting in the chair he just vacated, Lily tried not to think about how no matter what she did, all she could feel was his lips moving over her neck, still wanting more of him. *F*ck my life!*
