Lily listened to him finding it fascinating that scales had different levels of strength depending on where there were on the body.

"For now we are going to work on your ability to summon scales to your forearm. Most learn this as a child for added protection at least that’s what my mother said. First clear your mind and reach for the part of your soul that feels like a dragon. Don’t rush it." Lily nodded taking a meditative position clearing her mind and finding her center.

Than as instructed she searched for the part of her soul that felt like dragon power. At first she couldn’t feel it, but then as if waking up from a long sleep the coiling feeling of a creature waking up began. At first it felt like she was walking into a cave with a sleeping beast, but as the beast woke up things started to feel differently.

Lily stood there facing her dragon that looked just like she picture she would.
