This book started on June 27th, and today, August 11th, after 46 days, it’s finally time for the VIP launch.

Now, about subscriptions—

To be honest, the decision to start writing was born out of a tough situation. My day job, Old Pig’s that is, has been hit hard by the current economic climate. That’s what gave me the idea to start writing, and I’ve stumbled my way to this point.

My goal is simple: to earn a little extra cash to help make ends meet.

So here, Old Pig sincerely begs all you ’big bosses’ to support me with a subscription.

Hey, I’m trying to make a living. There’s no shame in getting on my knees and begging my patrons, right?

Of course, if you have the means, please support me financially. If not, your moral support is just as welcome. Just do what’s within your ability.

Also, regarding bonus Chapters, the rules are as follows:

1. First Chapter Subscription Bonus: Right now, we have 1,200 followers. My goal isn’t too high—let’s aim for 500 first Chapter subscriptions. For every 100 subscriptions over that 500 mark, I’ll release one bonus Chapter. (This only counts the number of subscriptions for the first VIP Chapter. I will announce the final numbers, and you can also check the data on QidianCharts to keep me honest.)

2. Monthly Ticket Bonus: As of today, we have fewer than 200 monthly tickets, so let’s just round it up and start the count at 200. For every additional 100 monthly tickets, I’ll release one bonus Chapter. (This is a long-term goal. However, starting next month, the bonus will trigger after 300 monthly tickets.)

3. Donation Bonus: We’ll start with the ’Helmsman’ tier. One bonus Chapter for a ’Helmsman’ donation, five bonus Chapters for a ’Lord’ donation. As for ’Silver’... or ’Gold’... I won’t even dare to dream. If it ever happens, all I can say is that I will devote my life and soul to writing.
