"Yes, my Lord." Jos was taken aback at first, but then he nodded, understanding Levi’s reasoning.

As a Warrior, he was familiar with suturing wounds as a form of first aid, but he didn’t understand the need to heat the needle. ’Usually, we just rinse it with clean water before use.’

"I’m leaving it to you." Levi clapped him on the shoulder, leaving behind a sticky, bloody handprint.

Jos, however, looked as if he’d received the highest honor and nodded gravely.

"Carry them back to High Cliff Castle. Let them recuperate for a few days."

Levi waved a hand, sighing in relief internally.
