Indeed, at the moment when the green light burst forth, even Shi Yin didn’t understand what he had experienced.

"The Evil God spoke to you!?"

"It wasn’t communication in the literal sense, more like a kind of guessing game," he made up, as nobody could verify the truth anyway. "Anyway, I believe I can somewhat understand it, and it knew this as well. To get back to the point, over fifteen years, the Unfathomed gradually deconstructed the nature of the Order of Causality, which enabled it to also gain some power of the God of Causality, namely control over time."

This content, even to the ears of the divinities, seemed incredibly bizarre. Yet no one spoke out against Chaoyang, as they all understood that anything incomprehensible could make sense when related to the Primordial Gods.

"In fact, it didn’t only grasp the ability to control time, but it also mastered a part of the effect of the mist. The City of Defense, after being liberated, was subjected to information isolation, precisely because of this relic," continued Chaoyang. "However, at that time, it was still sealed by the Mist God. "To receive the gratitude of a Primordial God in a mortal body, you are indeed the man I saw potential in."

"It’s as if you think you have the power of choice," Chaoyang rolled his eyes towards the ceiling.

"The Unfathomed has mastered some of Causality’s abilities... that news is a bit too terrifying." Shadow murmured, "The world may have become more dangerous. But what you have done has given me a glimmer of hope... I never thought I could defeat the Evil Gods, oblivion is always a passive response, but if we can reach some sort of agreement with them, humanity might be able to secure a breathing space."

"So what exactly is the gift it left behind?" Kokomoqi couldn’t contain her curiosity.

"Let them witness the authority from the Primordial Gods," Shi Yin said with the most immature tone, yet the most solemn words, as she crossed her arms.

Chaoyang thought for a moment, then stretched out his hand.

"Fire."

As his words fell, a ball of flame suddenly burst out from his palm, illuminating the ground around him!

Once again, everyone felt an indescribable shock!

What kind of ability was this?

Speak and it happens?

"It’s just like... my magic," Kokomoqi exclaimed in admiration.

"This is nothing like your outdated magic!" Shi Yin said loudly, "Go on, Chaoyang!"

Go on your head! Chaoyang sighed, tipping the flame from his hand down to the ground. The moment it touched, the flame began to spread along the ground surface, quickly reaching the area under Ailuodi’s feet. Angel was startled at first, then squatted down to touch the flames, "This... has no temperature."

"Is it an illusion?" Enkui also touched the flame curiously, then withdrew her hand as fast as lightning, "No way! It’s scorching hot!"

Every intelligent life form generates mysteries through communication and perception differences, driving life to constantly evolve and seek truth. It’s often said the unknown brings fear, but now Chaoyang understood that fear was just a subset of mystery. Emotion, language, cognition, imagination—all were within the Unfathomed’s dominion.

Of course... If you don’t want to think about it that complexly, understanding it as an "advanced illusion" that has actual effects on the observer is also not a problem. If such a fire exists, then what about adding a handful of water, a pinch of earth, and a bag of air? These elements intertwined could create a labyrinth that is both real and illusory, stirring countless questions in the life that enters and spawning endless stories in the quest to unravel these secrets.
