Living With My Yandere Professor

"Mm... I didn’t remember it. Could you teach me again?"

Scarlett said softly, her face flushed crimson.

Andrew looked at her, unable to suppress his confusion: How could Professor Scarlett not remember such a simple process? And why was she blushing?

Although there were many things he didn’t understand, Andrew still carefully taught her one more time.

This time, Scarlett studied diligently. Regarding how to stir-fry later, and how much salt and seasoning to add, Scarlett didn’t get distracted again; she studied carefully.

Under Andrew’s instruction, Scarlett completed three dishes and one soup.

"It really doesn’t feel difficult to learn, but I don’t know if I can make it this delicious if I do it all by myself."

Scarlett murmured while looking at the food on the table. She was still very unsure about her own cooking skills.

"Just practice more. The dishes I taught you today are very simple. If you want to learn others later, I can teach you."

"Mm."

"Oh, right. Scar, were you distracted when you were learning at first? You even looked red in the face and ears."

Andrew recalled Scarlett’s reaction in the kitchen and asked.

Actually, Scarlett had already finished almost all her lesson preparation for this semester, requiring at most some minor adjustments.

Andrew, thinking Scarlett really had something to attend to, didn’t bother her.

"What are you looking at? You’ve been staring at it for over two hours."

Scarlett had sat down next to Andrew at some point and asked.

Andrew was startled, "Scar, when did you come out? And weren’t you busy preparing lessons?"

"I just came out. The lesson preparation is done," Scarlett said faintly.

Internally, she complained, ’We originally planned to go out this weekend, but now it’s raining, so we aren’t going out. He doesn’t even come to keep me company.’

After nodding, Andrew saw that it was almost evening, so he prepared to go to the supermarket with Scarlett.

"Scar, why don’t we go to the supermarket together? We can buy some things you like."

Scarlett didn’t answer immediately but turned to look out the window. Seeing that it was still raining, she shook her head, "You go alone. I don’t want to go out."

"Why? We’re driving anyway, we don’t have to worry about the rain."

Facing Andrew’s confusion, Scarlett stood up and said flatly, "I don’t like rainy days. You go by yourself."

Watching Scarlett’s silent figure walk toward the study, Andrew’s heart was filled with confusion and a bit of sadness, ’Scarlett seemed to have remembered something unhappy.’

In this situation, Andrew didn’t know how to comfort her, so he had to go out alone.

When he returned, he cooked a table full of things Scarlett liked to eat to cheer her up, and he didn’t mention the rainy day again.

However, after one weekend passed, the weather still hadn’t improved; it was either overcast or drizzling.

Let alone Scarlett, even Andrew was starting to dislike it.

"Why does this rain stop and start? Is it ever going to end?"

As Andrew was moving a table, a drop of rainwater suddenly hit his head, making him curse a few times involuntarily.

Andrew and Mark Vane continued moving things into their studio.

A while later, Hannah and Gary also came to help move some small miscellaneous items. Gary stayed alone on the fifth floor of the studio to clean up.

Andrew had originally planned to hire a moving company for this work, but when he saw they were charging several thousand dollar just to move some things, they were even more exploitative than him, so he had to do it himself.

The five of them worked hard for two or three hours and had only completed half the job, but no one complained of being tired. This place would be their entrepreneurial base from now on!

Taking advantage of the rain outside, they sat together to rest.

Hannah asked Andrew, "Boss, our website now has quite a few users. After last week’s competition, we gained many more active users. What’s the current funding conversion rate? And also our app was still in mid-process."

What Hannah said was quite professional; simply put, she was asking Andrew if they were making money. After all they have gotten the sponsorship from Lucy’s Mom, if they can’t make money, they will be useless.

"Yesterday, someone from a driving school called me, wanting to discuss long-term advertising cooperation with us. We’ve scheduled a meeting for next week."

Andrew then showed Hannah and the others the preliminary terms he had discussed with Jenny Driving School.

Everyone got excited after seeing it, "Really!"

This was different from drawing a pie in the sky; they could tangibly see the future prospects, so naturally, they were thrilled.

"Of course, it’s real. So everyone works hard, and everything will come!"

The group rested and chatted for a while. They originally planned to wait for the rain outside to stop before going to the courier station to bring the last few pieces of equipment over.

But the rain outside showed no sign of stopping; it seemed to be getting heavier.

"Forget it. It’ll be dark if we delay any longer. Mark Vane and I will just move the remaining boxes over. Everyone else, tidy up the room."

Andrew didn’t want to wait any longer. He didn’t want to drag it until tomorrow, because if the weather cleared up the next day, he still had to accompany Professor Scarlett out for fun.

"But the rest are recording studio equipment; they’re quite big. It’s hard to hold an umbrella while moving them."

"Are you, a grown man, afraid of getting rained on? At worst, you can just take a shower when you get back, right?"

After being told off by Andrew like that, Mark Vane felt that made sense. He followed Andrew downstairs and ran through the rain toward the courier station.
