Originally, Andrew planned to ask Scarlett what she wanted for dinner so he could cook.

However, in the early evening, Scarlett was suddenly pulled away for a meeting, so the plan had to be shelved.

When Scarlett returned from her meeting that evening, she found Andrew had just finished washing up and gave him the late-night snack she brought back.

"This is for you. You skipped breakfast today, and you only ate noodles for lunch and dinner. You must be hungry now."

Andrew noticed that Scarlett often brought him food now, and he was starting to feel embarrassed accepting it.

"Teacher, you don’t always have to bring me food."

"I just see that you eat so little, I’m afraid you’ll starve yourself thin."

After Scarlett replied, she took off her bag and then told Andrew, "I have to go to Manchester District for a meeting and training this weekend, so you’ll be home alone."

"Oh, then Teacher, please be careful on your journey."

After hearing Andrew’s well wishes, Scarlett looked at him, "I’ll be careful on the road. But don’t completely let yourself go just because you’re alone. Staying up late like you did last night is not allowed to happen again."

"Okay."

"Don’t just agree verbally. If you stay up late like that again and sleep until noon without waking up, it won’t be as simple as today."

Listening to Scarlett’s warning, Andrew swallowed hard and nodded repeatedly. When Scarlett was serious and cold, she was quite intimidating.

"Alright, you go back to your room. I’m going to wash up and sleep too."

"Okay."

On Saturday morning, Scarlett got up and left, meeting up with Suzanne, who was traveling with her, at a breakfast shop, planning to eat and then depart.

Seeing that Scarlett actually ordered a bowl of broccoli and chicken oatmeal, Suzanne couldn’t help but be surprised, "Sister Scar, don’t you hate broccoli? Why order broccoli oatmeal?"

Suzanne had recommended broccoli and chicken oatmeal to Scarlett a long time ago, but she adamantly refused to eat it, saying she hated broccoli.

So Suzanne thought Scarlett had ordered the wrong thing: "How about swapping with my pumpkin oatmeal?"

"No, I’ve changed my taste. I can accept broccoli now."

After Scarlett ate the broccoli and chicken oatmeal that Andrew had cooked for her, she grew to love the flavor, so this morning she wanted to order a bowl to savor the taste again.

But when she took a bite, she frowned.

"What’s wrong?" Suzanne asked, confused.

"It doesn’t taste good."

"But didn’t you just say you changed your taste and wanted to eat it?"

"I wanted broccoli oatmeal, but this one isn’t made well."

"Huh? This shop’s oatmeal always tastes great. What kind of broccoli oatmeal did you eat that was so delicious?"

Scarlett didn’t answer, just ate her breakfast while thinking of Andrew, ’The one Little Fellow made is still the best. I wonder what time he went to sleep last night. Will he stay up late again?’

As she thought, Scarlett considered sending a message to see if Andrew was awake.

But when she took out her phone, she abandoned the idea, Never mind. To avoid waking him up, I’ll let him keep sleeping since it’s the weekend.

On the other side, Andrew woke up around eight o’clock. After being warned by Scarlett, he didn’t stay up late. He played for a while and then went to sleep last night.

Checking the time, Andrew knew that Ethan and the others’ dorm room was practically dead; they wouldn’t wake up before noon.

Instead, Mark Vane sent him a message, telling him Luna was ready.

Andrew immediately got out of bed, grabbed a bun on the way, and rushed to the school library.

Mark Vane was already waiting for him. He looked a bit surprised that Scarlett wasn’t with Andrew this time.

"Why isn’t Professor Scarlett with you today?"

Hearing this, Andrew glanced at him and thought, Does this guy only think about beautiful women? Can he even focus on work?

"Aren’t there plenty of beauties online?"

"I wasn’t trying to see Professor Scarlett, just asking casually."

Mark Vane wouldn’t dare look at Scarlett directly anyway. With her not here today, he actually felt relieved, there was no pressure.

"Besides, if I want to see beauties, I’ve got plenty of ’study materials.’ Want some? I can share."

"Forget it. As if I don’t have any. Stop messing around and let’s talk business."

Mark Vane opened his laptop and launched Luna’s control interface. After the adjustments Andrew requested last time, the system looked much cleaner.

The AI’s main functions, chat assistant, daily task automation, and social interaction, were clearly structured and easy to access.

Mark Vane had also added simulated interaction modules. Luna could now mimic real user behavior, responding to messages, reacting to posts, and even initiating conversations based on trending topics. At first glance, it felt like a lively, intelligent companion rather than a rigid program.

Andrew couldn’t help but praise him:

"You really are a genius."

With these additions, users interacting with Luna would feel like they were talking to a real person. It wouldn’t just respond, it would engage, making the experience far more natural and addictive.

Mark Vane pushed up his glasses, smiling proudly.

"Not at all, not at all. Just a small thing."

"But I think I found a bug."

Andrew tested Luna’s chat mode and noticed that when switching commands too quickly, the AI would jump topics incorrectly and respond out of context.

"That’s unavoidable," Mark Vane said. "With just me working on it and limited time, I can’t perfect every detail. Small bugs aren’t a big issue—I’ll fix them gradually."

"Fine."

Andrew didn’t push further. As long as Luna functioned properly, that was enough for now.

"Next, integrate multiple AI personalities into Luna. When users interact, it shouldn’t feel like a single rigid system. Different tones, different styles, make it feel alive. And train them well enough to resemble real people."

"That’s easy enough," Mark Vane replied. "But no matter what, AI isn’t human. It won’t be perfect,there will always be flaws."

"It’s fine. As long as it can fool a few idiots, that’s enough."

Andrew didn’t have high expectations. As long as someone like Tony believed Luna was real, it was already a success.

The two continued discussing improvements, and Andrew brought up another feature.

"Add a behavioral monitoring system."

"What do you need that for?"

"I don’t want idiots using Luna to generate dangerous or illegal content and getting the whole project shut down. This thing is too valuable."

"That makes sense," Mark Vane nodded. "Especially sensitive content like pornography... that kind of stuff can ruin everything."

Andrew looked at the glowing interface of Luna on the screen, his eyes narrowing slightly.

For now, it was just an assistant.

But if it kept evolving...

It might become something far beyond anyone’s control.

Andrew nodded upon hearing this and said, "Senior, it’s good that you have that awareness. So, watch less and focus more energy on work."

"Who’s watching it?!"

"Settle your sallow complexion and dark circles first before telling me you’re not watching it."

"That’s because I’m working hard to build the website for you!"

"Then what is this in your browser history?"

As Andrew spoke, he clicked on a website, and instantly a large number of inappropriate images popped up. Mark Vane quickly closed his laptop.

Then, feigning composure, he said, "I’m just mentally drained and need appropriate relaxation."

"Do you need to relax seven or eight times a day?"

"Uh..."

"Senior, listen to me. Light indulgence is fine, excessive indulgence harms the body, and overdoing it will destroy you. You need to take care of yourself, or your wife will despise you later."

"Nonsense, my body is great."
