At the same time, Ivan’s other hand clamped down on the gun barrel.

"You a doctor?" Scarface asked, eyeing Ivan’s white coat.

"Doctors always get special treatment. Want to join my crew?"

Scarface holstered his pistol and extended his right hand toward Ivan. "This is a rare opportunity. Better decide before I change my mind."

Suddenly, Jung Yi-myung behind Scarface spoke up for no reason.

"You can’t kill me with just physical strength," Jung Yi-myung sneered, dropping his smile.

The kid smashed straight through a pillar.

Badly injured, Cha Hyun-soo tried to stand, but his shattered bones kept him on the ground.

"Hah." Under the fearful and awed stares of the survivors, Ivan returned to his normal appearance.

"So this is what a special infected looks like?" Seo Yi-kyung whispered.

"Special infected?" Lee Eun-hyuk coughed a few times and instinctively covered his nose, but no blood came out.

"Yeah. If an infected survives fifteen days, they can fight their inner desires and become a special infected," Seo Yi-kyung explained.

"I see." A confident glint flashed in Lee Eun-hyuk’s eyes.

Half an hour later, Cha Hyun-soo regained his sanity. He looked around at the ruins in confusion until Yoon Ji-soo explained everything. Only then did he realize he had lost control.

"What a mysterious bastard," Cha Hyun-soo said with a small smile as he turned. But Ivan was already gone. "Safe travels to you too."
