The moment Sienna stepped outside, she realized how much she already hated this police station. Even the smell of the place now made her uncomfortable.

She blinked, returning to reality just in time to see him opening the rear passenger door politely.

Gathering the last pieces of strength left inside her exhausted body, she stepped toward the vehicle.

But the moment she leaned in and looked inside, she saw the car was empty, Zachary wasn’t there.

"How did you know I was at the police station?"

Sienna swallowed softly.

"Zach...?" she asked quietly.

Then he returned his focus to the road ahead.
