Clark tried to make this logical. Make it clear to the group that he would face this threat alone. "None of you are in any shape to fight right now. Maria healed plenty of people earlier. I know she doesn’t have the energy. Reese has been fighting beasts constantly. Jerold. I can see you hurt yourself retreating from the dungeon. The blood on your leg is showing."

"Ralph, seriously? You and Grace both have used plenty of energy. I know what you look like after the two of you forge for too long, and right now you look worse than that. Isa and Ella. Both of you are lucky you can stand right now. You both pushed yourselves too far channeling the energies of your partners."

"Friend now? From an elf? What a day. If I live i’ll tell the other elves I meet, you might get kicked out."

The elf captain waved his hand and a large vine golem grabbed the panthers leaving Clark behind. They tried to shout out, but the beast was able to regenerate its vines as they were damaged. With the group in such a weak state, they couldn’t escape. Not for the moment at least.

"You two didn’t need to help me. They would have left." Clark was appreciative. He could also see the many younger soldiers being pushed to the back why the older veteran soldiers took the front.

They knew that this was both a move to put the most experienced at the first so that the greater threats could be handled. So more people could lie. But at the worst, it was also a tactic to make sure that there would not be any unnecessary losses of life. Losses of future potential.

Next to the elf captain another deep green vine began to unfurl. It took the form of a deep green bow which could easily be lost in any forest or small spot of greenery.

’Endless forest bow- legendary

Among the elves, this is a beast said to represent the highest possible form of archeer. This is a beast that grows the same as a plant. It requires immense care and dedication. The tamer can only share their energy through training with it. Therefore, it has exceptional requirements to wield properly.

Those born with this as a spirit beast will hide their partner. This is due to the fact that every aspect of hunting becomes boosted using this partner. Accuracy, strength, all senses in general, and various other skills related to hunting. This bow will boost them all as it is sentient.

The earth, water, light, and spiritual energies make it a quad energy beast. This is because it embodies the major energies within the endless forest on the elf’s world. This is able to allow the bow a connection to all past wielders of the same species of beast. Meaning the one wielding it has endless teachers. Endless master teachers...’

The elven captains’ endless forest bow made so little sense buit was definitely overpowered. It had an ever growing library of hunting skills. Not to mention boosting the physicality of the one wielding it.

"I wouldn’t be unhappy to fight along with two of the most powerful people I have ever met. Gravity and quad elemental energies? It means I need to go all out too."

"Devil, we are going to fight a demon." Clark saw Devi appearing in his fully prepared battle form. Gone were the days already when Devi was a small cute ghost. Ever since growing rapidly, Devi had taken on a more humanoid form. But when he apeared, his anger showed clearly. He matched Clark’s anger hiding away behind discipline.

The spirit drive skill was able to bring Clark and Devi together. Devi acting as the one that enhanced Clark. Crim defended like armor that could always recover. Adding body strengthening that would resist attacks and add power.

Devi boosted everything else. His very soul. The energy usage and the addition now of death energy. A powerful attack method well beyond what anyone else could. The intimidation alone was enough to keep an army at bay.

Then there were the shadows. The ones that Shyama manipulated. She used the darkness to boost her control of shadow threads. North slowing down, trapping, and killing enemies. To think that she couldn’t get you would be foolish. Shy could still hide away in the corner of the shadows and play innocent while preparing her traps.

The burst of energies was incredibly intimidating. Crim’s crimson armor forms became denser. Deeper red with various stars appearing within. Each burst of lighting made a new star appear within the armor protecting Clark.

Death energy dulled the striking white color of the lunar storm spear. This was the gain from Devi using the spirit drive skill right now. Able to perfectly ensure that anything cut would not heal. That if the worst wound was delivered, that his enemy would be dead. And nothing other than dead.

The chaos that ensued as thousands of shadow threats tore from the ground and began wrapping the dead body of the bloody behemoth caused the ground to shake. It moved even without a proper head. Its hand began reaching out for the demon flapping its wings calmly in the sky.

The demon smirked. It was enjoying this. Enjoying the collective rebuttal against its offer for safety in slavery to it.

A single demonic energy slash with his claws tore half the shadow threads that Shy had just brought up with her strength. "Not a bad little creature. I remember a world full of these. They were very useful to randomly send to other worlds. Causing trouble when they were in unfamiliar places. They are called murderous dolls. The origin of their species."

Clark had Shy use the threads to push the whole entire body forward. Blocking the demon’s view of the rest of the battlefield.

As such, the elf captain released ten arrows in a blink of an eye. The intense speed at which they flew was something Clark knew would harm him greatly. The speed was the astounding thing about it.

Another pulse of demonic energy shattered the arrows. Their attacks not getting anywhere near the demon. Half the body of the bloody behemoth was gone this time. It was playing with them. Bnut the dwarf commander was already in the air.

His gravity gauntlets had released their true weight and power. Attaching this massive hit toward the demon in the air. That was until it reached the put and deflected it with a single kick. While not moving anywhere in the air. Just one hard flap of his wings kept his balanced.

That’s why Clark didn’t lose himself when the demon used the back of his hand to deflect the tip of Clark’s spear. "So very weak. Humans, elves, dwarves. So weak."
