Seeing Melody Summers looking at her coldly, Chloe Sharp raised a hand to brush back the loose strands of hair by her ear and said with a grin, "Don’t look at me like that. I’m really not lying to you this time! There’s a brat in 1502. They used to be so noisy, but since the heat went out a few days ago, their apartment has been silent. They’re probably dead!"

Melody Summers ignored Chloe Sharp’s words. She just frowned at her and asked in a cold voice, "...Why did you say just now that no one lived in 1503?"

Melody Summers watched their hasty retreat but didn’t give chase. She returned the dagger to her space and went back to the door of 1502 to continue knocking.

Right now, 1502 was Melody Summers’s main concern.
