Chapter 225: Defeating Electabuzz with Bare Hands

"Who I am is not important; what matters is that you are under arrest, Dr. Namba."

Electabuzz bared its fangs with a ferocious expression, its right fist glowing with white Light as it swung toward Ash.

Ash blocked the attack with his elbow, neutralizing it, and simultaneously threw a punch at Electabuzz’s abdomen.

With just that single punch, Electabuzz was forced back five steps.

"What?"

Seeing Ash withstand Electabuzz’s move and even knock it back, Dr. Namba was shocked.

Ash closed the distance, leaped forward, and delivered a front kick that sent Electabuzz flying behind Dr. Namba. "If this is all you’ve got, you have no right to talk big."

"Damn it, the power must not be high enough!"

Dr. Namba would rather doubt his own machine than believe that Ash was not a human.

As he turned up the power on the rage-inducing device, the expression on Electabuzz’s face became even more ferocious.

"Electabuzz, use Thunder Shock!" Dr. Namba roared.

Electabuzz raised its hands, electricity surging through its body, and a bolt of yellow lightning shot out from the center of its hands.

Ash raised his hand and released an Aura shield to block the electric current.

Seeing a transparent Light Screen blocking Electabuzz’s electricity, Dr. Namba’s expression turned blank. He finally understood. "You... you are actually a Psychic?"

"Only just realized it? Don’t you think it’s a bit late?"

Ash walked over slowly and slapped Electabuzz hard across the face.

Slap!

With just that one slap, Electabuzz was sent reeling, dazed and confused.

After being slapped three or four more times, the device on Electabuzz’s head overloaded and exploded, and Electabuzz passed out.

Seeing that the situation was dire, Dr. Namba tried to slip away, but it was too late. As soon as he opened the door, he ran into Lucario, who had finished clearing everything up.

After spending the night at the Pokémon Center, a well-rested Ash planned to head to the Gym to challenge it.

"By the way, Ash, do you know what kind of Pokémon Jasmine specializes in?" Misty asked curiously.

"Jasmine specializes in Steel-types; her main Pokémon is a Steelix," Ash said.
