Just as Ash was hoping his Pokémon would return with good news, dense dark clouds suddenly gathered in the sky less than fifty nautical miles from their location. Immediately after, the originally calm sea became turbulent, and then several water spouts appeared before Ash’s eyes.

The world changed dramatically, strong winds picked up, and the small boat Ash and the others were on gradually lost control.

"The weather at sea is really outrageous. How did a storm suddenly brew?"
