Chapter 219: Capturing Rayquaza

Seeing Mewtwo and the others becoming more energetic the more they fought, Rayquaza realized there was something strange about Ash.

Having many Pokémon was one thing, but it had never seen a being marked by several special deities.

In contrast, Ash and his team only had high stamina consumption; their superficial injuries had long been healed by Ash’s Natural Power, and as for internal or hidden injuries, they would recover with time.

Doing so inevitably caused injuries, so they often went from a feast to a famine because they had to recover from their wounds.

If it could have a long-term self-healing buff, wouldn’t that mean it could accelerate its growth?

"It works as long as you are on Earth. As for whether it’s effective above the ozone layer, I’m not sure. You can try it out."

Was Ash afraid that Rayquaza would take the opportunity to run away? No.
