One Piece: Invincible Starting From The Fruit Of Words

"Follow me, Lord Lucifer," Baccarat said, leading Lucifer and his entourage to a grand banquet hall gleaming with golden splendor.

The hall's mirrored walls sparkled brilliantly, adorned with priceless antiques, while the walls were inlaid with dazzling gemstones.

Lavish food and drink had already been prepared, and thirty-six stunning maids stood by, ready to serve.

The Golden Emperor, Gild Tesoro, approached with a hearty laugh. "The presence of the Four Emperors, Lord Lucifer, truly graces the Golden City. This is an honor that makes my city shine brighter than ever."

Lucifer responded casually, "The Golden City is already magnificent. My presence doesn't make much difference."

"Hahaha! Please, take your seat," Tesoro gestured grandly.

Lucifer accepted without hesitation, seating himself at the head of the table. His crew—Enel, Weevil, Cavendish, and others—took their places as well.

Tesoro sat opposite Lucifer and signaled for the maids to pour wine for everyone.

As the banquet commenced, Tesoro broke the ice. "I trust Your Excellency has enjoyed your time in the Golden City? If it pleases you, you are welcome to stay longer. All expenses will, of course, be on me."

Lucifer swirled the wine in his glass and smirked. "I've had my fun, but after today, there won't be much to look forward to here."

Tesoro chuckled uneasily. He understood Lucifer's implication all too well. After today's events, the Celestial Dragons would never dare set foot in the Golden City again. Without them, Lucifer would lose his most entertaining pastime here.

Tesoro could do nothing about it. After all, unlike Lucifer, he couldn't afford to abduct and kill Celestial Dragons for amusement.

"Tesoro," Lucifer said abruptly, his tone sharp. "I hear you were once a slave to the Celestial Dragons."

The mention made Tesoro's expression darken, his jovial demeanor slipping away.

"Have you ever thought about revenge?" Lucifer pressed, his voice dripping with mockery.

Tesoro's face grew grim. "Your Excellency Lucifer misunderstands. I was never a slave to the Celestial Dragons."

"Really now?" Lucifer's lips curled into a cold smile. "My information suggests otherwise. But even if it's wrong, it doesn't matter. If I say you were, then you were. Understand?"

The Golden Emperor's fists clenched, but he remained silent.

"Tell me, Tesoro," Lucifer continued, "don't you want to take revenge? Don't you want to kill a few Celestial Dragons with your own hands?"

Before Tesoro could respond, the space behind Lucifer split open, and three Celestial Dragons fell through, landing on the floor in disgrace. They were alive but clearly beaten and humiliated.

"How about it?" Lucifer asked, his tone almost playful. "Don't you want to try?"

His words slithered into Tesoro's mind like a devil's whisper, stirring the darkest parts of his soul.

Tesoro loathed the Celestial Dragons. He had long dreamed of killing them. But he didn't dare. Despite his immense wealth and power, he knew that targeting the Celestial Dragons would bring the wrath of the world down upon him. Everything he had built would vanish.

After a long silence, Tesoro drained his wine and shook his head. "I hold no grudge against the Celestial Dragons. Your Excellency Lucifer misunderstands me."

"Kill them if you wish. It has nothing to do with me."

Lucifer chuckled, shaking his head. "I overestimated you, Tesoro. The famed Golden Emperor is nothing but a coward."

With a wave of his hand, a golden table knife flew through the air, piercing the throats of all three Celestial Dragons in an instant. They collapsed lifelessly, blood pooling beneath them.

There was no response from the system. Of course, killing Celestial Dragons—mere trash—didn't earn him any points.

Lucifer turned his gaze back to Tesoro. "Let's cut to the chase. I want you to join the Ghost Pirates."

Tesoro's face remained stoic. He picked up his glass and took a slow sip. "And if I refuse?"

"You can't," Lucifer said simply.

"Then I suppose I have no choice," Tesoro replied, rising from his seat. The gold in the room began to flow toward him like liquid, surrounding him menacingly.

Lucifer remained seated, entirely unfazed. "Exactly. You have no choice."

With a sharp whistle, golden spears shot through the air toward Lucifer, aiming for his vital points.

Lucifer didn't move. The spears stopped abruptly, suspended just an arm's length away, unable to pierce him.

"What a pity," Lucifer said, shaking his head with a sigh.

Enel, standing beside Lucifer, suddenly transformed into a flash of lightning, striking the Golden Emperor, Gild Tesoro, with tremendous force.

Tesoro was sent flying, crashing through the golden wall behind him.

The battle erupted without warning, causing the maids in the banquet hall to scatter in panic.

Tesoro's subordinates rushed to various locations, but before they could act, a powerful storm of sword strikes surged toward them.

Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!

The sword lights flickered, and soon, all the lower-ranked soldiers lay lifeless, blood staining the floor.

Cavendish revealed his true form and, with a wave of his hand, split the golden ground beneath him, turning it into a massive scimitar that sliced through a strong man.

The man, Daisy, Tesoro's top subordinate and a grandmaster of two-color Haki, was comparable in strength to a Marine Vice Admiral.

Baby5 collided with Bacala, while Guy found himself facing a feline man, Mr. Tanaka, another of Tesoro's cadres.

The fight had escalated quickly, but Lucifer remained unfazed, continuing to enjoy the banquet.

The food and drink prepared by Tesoro were exquisite, and the wine was a rare top-tier vintage. It would be a shame not to savor it.

Tesoro, shaking with rage, confronted Lucifer, "Lucifer, why are you forcing my hand? Isn't it better that we leave each other alone?"

Lucifer looked up from his wine, smirking. "Jungle rules apply here in the New World. The strong survive, and the weak perish. Don't think too highly of yourself."

Enel grinned wickedly. "Now we're stronger than you. You should just accept your beating. There's no need for so many words!"

With that, Enel swung his golden staff, summoning a massive Thunder Beast that roared out and consumed Tesoro in one gulp.

Tesoro, scorched black by the attack, coughed up black smoke from his mouth and nose, but he wasn't seriously injured. His body, protected by Armament Haki, could withstand the blow.

"You bastard! You forced me to do this!" Tesoro roared, activating his Devil Fruit ability, the power of the Golden Golden Fruit.

Gold surged around him like a tidal wave, flooding into his body. The gold fused into liquid form, rapidly growing larger, soon surpassing a hundred meters in size—becoming a towering golden mountain.

The gold mass shifted, and in just a few moments, a massive golden giant stood before them.

The golden giant, more than 100 meters tall, was clad in impenetrable golden armor, with no visible vital organs. Tesoro was seated inside its cockpit.

To defeat him, they would first have to break through the defense of the golden giant.

"Die, you bastard!" Tesoro shouted, punching down with all his might, causing the golden floor to crack and shake the entire Golden City.

Enel transformed into lightning, soaring into the sky, a wild laugh escaping his lips. "Don't think you're the only one who can grow bigger!"

Rumble!

Thunder cracked through the sky, as electric snakes swirled within the clouds and converged on Enel.

Enel fused with the endless lightning, transforming into a colossal Thunder Giant.

The lightning giant, standing over 100 meters tall, was a match for the golden giant in size.

"Today, I want to see whether lightning is stronger than gold!" Enel shouted, the tension palpable in the air.

Despite its size, the golden giant still lacked the speed to match lightning.

In the blink of an eye, the lightning giant appeared behind the golden giant, its arm already severed.

"Thor's Trident!"

The Thunder Giant summoned lightning to form a massive trident and thrust it forward, piercing through the back of the golden giant.

The explosion of thunder and lightning tore apart half of the golden giant's body, exposing Tesoro's core.

"Hahahaha, golden fool! It looks like you're nothing special!"

With a successful strike, Enel's attacks grew fiercer.

Tesoro, enraged, began reassembling the broken golden body, the surrounding gold flowing back into place.

Thanks to the awakening of his Golden Golden Fruit, Tesoro could manipulate all the gold within the Golden City.

This city was his battlefield, where his power reached its peak.

The battle between the Thunder Giant and the Golden Giant continued, each attack shaking the very foundations of the Golden City.

The ground trembled with every blow, and the aftermath of the battle caused massive destruction.

The guests in the Golden City screamed in terror and fled in all directions, desperate to escape the chaos.
