"Right now, there's no time to hesitate. Marine must replenish its forces immediately."

"If we are to eliminate Lucifer, we cannot do it with the current strength of Marine. We must restore Marine to its peak strength, or even surpass it!"

Kong's voice was firm and resounded through the palace, silencing the Five Elders.

Marine's power had grown rapidly in recent years, which had already caused the World Government to feel threatened.

To maintain control over Marine, the World Government had restricted its development through various means.

Reducing military spending, sending Admiral candidates like Momousagi to serve in the Holy Land as guards—these were all methods to limit Naval Headquarters' growth.

But now, because of Lucifer, the World Government must fully support Marine's development.

If they didn't act fast, Lucifer would soon threaten the rule of the World Government.
