Following behind Murong Wanqing, the three of them squeezed through the crowd, looking at the man and woman encircled by people in the center.

The young man was dressed in opulent clothes. He had a fat head and large ears, and the flesh of his face was so thick it nearly obscured his features. In the center of the crowd, the girl’s face was pale with terror as she looked at Young Master Hua. Her large eyes were brimming with tears as she pleaded incessantly, "Young Master Hua, I beg you, please let me go. My father is at home and needs me to take care of him... Please, I’m begging you..."

However, in response to the girl’s pleas, Young Master Hua simply slapped her across the face. In that instant, five clear Palm Seals materialized on the girl’s cheek.

"Oh? So you’re rejecting me, little lady?" Hearing Murong Wanqing’s words, Young Master Hua’s expression hardened, and his voice turned cold.

"It seems you’re not just a beast in human skin, but a brainless one at that. Didn’t you hear what I said?" Murong Wanqing shot him a cold glance, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

As he listened to Murong Wanqing, Young Master Hua’s face grew darker and darker until it was as black as a thundercloud.

"You dare to curse me? In all of Divine Martial City, no one who dares to curse me lives to see the sunrise! But, on account of your pretty face, I’ll spare your life. However, while you may escape death, you won’t escape punishment. Today, neither of you is getting away!

"Men! Seize these two wenches and bring them to me! Tonight, I’m going to have my way with both of them! Haha!" Young Master Hua roared, looking at Murong Wanqing and the girl with a lecherous laugh.

At his command, the surrounding Martial Artists swarmed forward, encircling Murong Wanqing and the girl before lunging at them.

However, just as they made their move, the ground beneath their feet suddenly turned into soft sand, swallowing the Martial Artists until only their heads were left exposed.

"If you dare to touch a single hair on her head today, I’ll make sure you don’t live to see the next second." A cold voice suddenly rang out, echoing in Young Master Hua’s ears.

"Who’s there? Show yourself if you’ve got any guts!" Hearing the icy voice, Young Master Hua shivered and roared at the surrounding area.

In response, Shen Haoran’s figure flashed, and he appeared directly in front of Young Master Hua. Then, he swung his fan-sized palm right at him!

With another crisp smack, Young Master Hua’s already fat cheeks swelled up to a grotesque size.

"Don’t ask why I hit you. I just don’t like your face," Shen Haoran said coldly before Young Master Hua could even speak.

Young Master Hua clutched his swollen cheeks, his eyes filled with venom.

"You... You dare to hit me too? Do you have any idea who I am?" Young Master Hua shrieked, his words muffled by his swollen cheeks.

"I am the young master of the Divine Martial City’s City Lord’s Mansion! My second brother is an Inner Sect Disciple of the Hehuan Sect! You dare to hit me? My brother will definitely kill you all!" Young Master Hua shrieked.

Hearing this, Shen Haoran’s eyes lit up. He looked at Young Master Hua as if he were gazing upon a naked beauty.

"You said your second brother is an Inner Sect Disciple of the Hehuan Sect?" Shen Haoran asked, his eyes narrowed.

"What? Scared now?" A cold sneer touched the corners of Young Master Hua’s lips.

"Scared?" Shen Haoran snorted. Then, without any warning, he struck again, landing another slap on Young Master Hua’s face. The marks from the two slaps overlapped perfectly.
