Their thinking was simple: if their Sect Leader said it was a trap, then it was a trap. "Hmph. It’s not up to him whether he takes the bait or not!" Ouyang Chen sneered. He then formed a Seal Technique with his hands, and the orbs of light dancing in mid-air seemed to receive a command, shooting toward Shen Haoran!

"Hm?" This sudden change startled Shen Haoran. However, the other disciples, their heads clouded by the five orbs of light, didn’t notice and charged madly toward Shen Haoran.

Seeing this, Shen Haoran frowned. He clenched his right fist and threw a punch at the five approaching orbs. The powerful force of his fist, carrying a terrifying might, slammed into the orbs. The next moment, the orbs of light exploded, and the items within scattered, landing at the feet of the Yao Sect members.

The disciples who had been chasing the orbs were stunned by Shen Haoran’s punch. When they saw the members of the Yao Sect picking up the items from the five orbs, their expressions turned ugly.

"Shen Haoran, aren’t you going too far?! Are you trying to take all the treasures for yourself?" one disciple said with a hostile expression.

"You’ve already gotten enough benefits. Shouldn’t you share those five items with everyone? Hogging it all for yourself—where does that leave the rest of us?"

"That’s right! Everyone present in the hall gets a share! If you act like this, aren’t you afraid we’ll report you to the Sect Leader once we leave the Secret Realm?" In an instant, all the disciples aimed their accusations at Shen Haoran. The barrage of rebukes made the faces of the Yao Sect members turn grim.

"Hmph! Brother Shen never intended to join your scramble in the first place. If he had, do you think you’d even have a chance to be talking right now? These things flew over on their own! You can’t blame Brother Shen!" Shui Ruolan retorted coldly.

"Bullshit! I bet he used some kind of trick! Otherwise, what ability does he have to attract treasures flying out of the throne?"

"Right, he must have manipulated it behind the scenes! And he’s still pretending to be so righteous. How shameless!"

Seeing that Shen Haoran had no intention of handing over the items from the five orbs, the surrounding disciples’ insults grew increasingly nasty.

"You..." Shui Ruolan was choked with anger. Just as she was about to retaliate, Shen Haoran stopped her.

"Hmph!" Watching the disciples whose eyes were gleaming with greed, Shen Haoran snorted coldly. Immediately, the Fire Spirit Black Obsidian flared up in his hand, engulfing the three Scrolls!

"Not talking, are you?" Shen Haoran snorted coldly. He then closed his eyes, and his powerful Spiritual Thought surged out like a tide.

A moment later, his closed eyes snapped open. A frigid voice rang in the disciple’s ear, "Since you won’t talk, I’ll send you to find him!"

With that, before the disciple could react, Shen Haoran kicked him in the stomach. The immense force sent him flying like a kite with a snapped string toward the side of the hall, where he crashed heavily against a Stone Pillar.

"Come on out. Otherwise, the next one I send flying won’t be just your underling," Shen Haoran said calmly, his voice echoing throughout the great hall. Everyone turned their gazes toward the Stone Pillar.

CLAP... CLAP... CLAP...

A moment later, the sound of clapping rang out, and a figure appeared before the crowd. It was Xue Gong.

"Shen Haoran, it seems I underestimated you," Xue Gong said, not even glancing at the disciple by his feet. A faint smile played on his lips as he stared at Shen Haoran.

"Were all these tricks your doing?" Shen Haoran asked in a low voice, pointing toward the towering throne.

"No, no, no. I’m not that capable," Xue Gong said lightly. "But I do know who it was. I imagine you’ll be very happy to see him."

"Who!" Shen Haoran demanded coldly.

"You really have a short memory for someone so important, Shen Haoran!" a hoarse voice called out. Ouyang Chen’s figure emerged from behind Xue Gong, his gaze fixed icily on Shen Haoran.

"Ouyang Chen!"
