"If it isn’t near the walls, then that means it somewhere inside." – said GreyHunt as he started walking.

"We at least now know where it could possibly be."

"Look. I get that this place messes with our heads right now and stuff." – said Lilium.


"But aren’t you rushing it too much right now? Didn’t you said before than we needed to be careful?"

"I’m sorry.... It just.... Something else is also on my mind that I can’t get out... Private stuff." – replied GreyHunt, straight up lying and hiding his condition.


"Well, you better focus on the fucking job right now, since you told us to focus on it no matter what." – said Lilium.

"Something is off." – said GreyHunt as he looked around.


"Yeah... The atmosphere and area is changing..." – said Lilium.


"The streets... Well, they look way less maintained... And the houses look less lively."


"Like heck, like some sort of line was passed and everything changed." - said Lilium as she alongside GreyHunt continued walking down the path and started noticing that the environment around was changing now at extremely rapid rate.


Poor.


Destroyed.


Desolated.


Abandoned.


Not maintained.


It was just.... Old and completely forgotten.


Compare to the other houses that were empty and "lifeless", they were at least maintained.


However, the place they were currently at? It was something completely different now, as if they entered completely different

"Somebody is approaching." - said GreyHunt as from the mist, GreyHunt and the others could see several figures approaching.


"HEY! FRIEND OR FOE! FOR FUCK’S SAKE!"

"FRIEND! FRIEND!" – shouted the voice from the mist as GreyHunt instantly raised his hand, giving order to all the monsters to stand down as the group of unknown beings emerged from the mist.

"Shit! It is you!" – said Little Maniac as he walked out from the mist alongside his clown and jester monsters


"Oh.... Thank fucking god!" – said Lilium.


"We finally! We found somebody!"

"Lilium! You okay too?!" – said excited LM.


"Fuck me! I thought both of you were dead! Since we couldn’t find each other for hours!"


"Well, as you can see, we are alive." – said GreyHunt.

"Quick question....Is it... Well-"


"No. Cave is also alive and he is with me." – said LM.


"Come! This way!" – said LM as he began leading the group towards the depths of the abandoned territory... Which by now started looking like a trash site.... However, at the same time, there was also something different going on.


The mist, it was dissolving. The vision was getting clearer and cleared.... Finaly allowing the group to start regaining their sight and hearing.


"We are here!" – said LM as the group arrived in front of the massive building... However, something was off about it.


The building itself stood abandoned.


Rotting and destroyed, while all of the windows were boarded up.


But it wasn’t the only thing that caught GreyHunt’s and Lilium’s attention.

There was an army of demonic warriors standby nearby.


"...Heh... I guess I was wrong." – said Cave who was sitting on the staircase, before then getting up and approaching GreyHunt’s group.


"You are really are alive, huh?"


"Yeah.... Good to see you Cave." – said GreyHunt as he and Cave shook their hands.


"What the hell took you so long?"


"Well, we walked in the fucking circle, if you want to know!" – said pissed off Lilium.

"Circle?" – asked confused LM.


"We walked around the entire map... We tried fallowing the wall at the end.... But instead for the hours we walked around the whole map, straight up just returning to the spot we were in before."


"After that, we tried using the data from the self-writing map to decode the location of the middle.... And we came here to see if we were right or wrong."


"Well, we gotten here few hours ago." – said Cave.


"This place.... Well, as you can probably guess, it is center of this dungeon."


"It looks like shithole."


"But at the same time.... The mist is approaching this location."


"Neither are doublegangers."

"Hey! You are right! We haven’t fought any for some time now!" – said Lilium

"Then I guess this abandoned building is the final zone?" - asked GreyHunt as he stared at the massive abandoned building.


"Ay. No doubt about it." – replied Cave.


"This place is only like this.... And this is the only abandoned building. We seen some houses near this place, but they were only messy."

"Hey.... Is Apple Juice here?" – asked Lilium as she looked around for the female priest kobold player.

"She died." – replied Cave.


"Before we gotten here, we got ambushed by the large number of doublegangers.... We were doing fine at first.... But then we let our guard down at the worst possible timing."


"The fake GreyHunt and fake LM appeared from the shadows, ambushing and assassinating Apple before I could do anything to save her."


"Fuck. We lost our main healer?! This will definitely won’t end well." – said Lilium

"When did she died?" – asked GreyHunt.


"Few hours ago... Before I found LM by accident and then we managed to find this place."

"We started getting attacked more often few hours ago.... So, I guess this is the safe zone... And while you were at it, all the fakes were going after us." – said GreyHunt.

"But I saw Apple during the last attack wave." – said Lilium.


"Yeah... I did too... Fuck me. So, I guess even if you die, that doesn’t mean that your doublegangers will stop spawning." – said GreyHunt.

(Not only that.... But it is still there.) – thought GreyHunt.

(Even though we reached this "safe zone", these fucking noises are not fucking disappearing!)


(It just fucking now hurts just listening to them!)

(We need to conquer this dungeon, before I really start fucking blasting to death my own teammates.)
