“Why?” the girl asked.

“Because it’s an official institution. It represents the official organization of the Inner World throughout the Hua Nation,” he explained.

The corridor was deserted, yet it was filled with a palpable, heavy aura.

“Seems like we’re not welcome here.”

“No worries. If they don’t welcome us, big brother will make them,” the girl said nonchalantly.

At the end of the corridor stood a burly buzz-cut man in army green vest, nearly two meters tall, looming over the approaching pair.
