True Solution of the Sword Dao

The memories that came through were all from Sulan Bei’er, from his birth to when he was thirty years old. Without the pseudo True Force, without the Divine Artifact Crystal from the Dream Eater World, it was still uncertain whether he could have survived until now.

"Alice, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?" the middle-aged woman driving asked, puzzled.

"Nothing Aunt Yilian," Alice turned her face and smiled faintly. "I just feel a bit out of it."

"It might be that you’ve been too tired lately. Once we get back, take a good rest, take a leave, and you should be able to recover," Aunt Yilian smiled.

"Okay," Alice nodded.

As she drove, Yilian cautioned, "The sealed documents that the two priests gave you last night, make sure not to lose them. It represents their trust in you, don’t let them down."

Alice nodded firmly, "Yes! I understand." She clutched the small bag in her arms tightly, from which an invisible, strange aura continuously emanated.

Clan Leader Cathedral

The morning light streamed through the cathedral’s stained glass on either side, casting its rays upon a kneeling man in a black robe and silver hair at the center.

"It is my negligence. To think that the Mark had escaped our control." The silver-haired man whispered softly. "What we can be sure of now is that the Holy See got the Mark, and we can’t fully restrain them, not knowing how they will transport it out of here."

Above the cathedral, a white-haired man dressed in a white robe sat silently on the high seat, his eyebrows furrowed.

"The Mark of Elisa’s Gate is indeed a fine thing. However, it’s not a big deal, getting it or not doesn’t really matter. Most of the B-grade powerhouse factions have their own Teleportation Stones. Elisa’s Gate is only targeted at the mid-and-low-level personnel,"

"So Your Grace means?" the silver-haired man asked softly.

The silver-haired man slowly stood up, turned around, and walked out of the cathedral.

Outside, some clerics in black robes were quietly waiting.

"What did His Grace mean?" a silver-armored old knight stepped forward and asked.

"Lord Vandla, His Grace means for us to make our own decision..." the silver-haired man said with a wry smile.

"If most of the Blood Curtain members weren’t on Razors Edge Heights, would we let these hypocrites rampage through the Holy City!!" Vandla cursed angrily in a low voice.

"If the Archbishop of Constantinople would support us, how could the situation become so unbearable!" another Knight, clad in silver armor with a faint golden glow on his breastplate, said sternly.

Ding!!!!!

A brief, crisp chime of a small bell rang from afar.

"Alright, everyone disperse. We missed the opportunity this time. Our system is fundamentally different from that of the Holy See. Since they have already masked the Mark’s aura with a Holy Artifact, we cannot continue tracking. Let this matter rest. There’s still time before Elisa’s Gate opens, and we are not without opportunities," an old nun said calmly.
