"Feilres, time’s up" Zeres head turned towards Feilres.
"How do you even know five minutes have passed? " Helize threw a snow ball straight at his face.
"I just guessed it" Zeres smirked at Helize.
Just then, both of their heads snapped towards the source of the violent mana rampaging. Feilres stood there, his focus unbroken while he trudged slowly.
The divine flame roared in his sword as he held it up. ’I still can’t bring out the full power of this form but it should be enough.’
==Sword of the Sun==
=Dance of the Twilight=
His sword roared to life, the golden flame shone radiantly, as if absorbing the sun’s energy around them.
Then be moved—way too fast, after-images blur behind him, his sword violently waiting for it’s time to unleash it’s wrath.
The Dreadspawn roared, the ground trembled.
’No good!’ Feilres gritted his teeth, his legs felt heavy! He couldn’t move.
’Move!’ With sheer determination, he wielded his sword then he lunged.
The Dreadspawn tried to resist, but the chains binding him wouldn’t let him.
"H-humans"
Feilres swung his sword. The air trembled violently, the four clean sword strikes appeared—and the Forsaken’s head fell down the ground, followed by its arms and limbs.
His legs wobbled, he couldn’t feel any mana left within him. Then he fell in the ground. Unconscious.
"He’s quite good" Helize went down the tree, then she stared at Zeres.
"Why did you help him? I thought you’re both against each other? " she asked, her arms crossed.
"I’m not a good guy, I merely act based on what benefits it will bring me."
"And saintess, if you’re awake quit pretending you aren’t" Zeres turned his head at Haslien.
"Haha, is it that obvious? " she scratched her cheek, then she stood up.
Helize tilted her head. "What will you do now? He’s defenseless."
"Of course I’ll kick him! " Haslien run straight at Feilres, them she slammed her boots on her stomach.
Zeres stared at Helize, then they both laughed.
’It’s really crazy’ Zeres thought. The sight before him was the real characters he’d read, now they were moving on their own will, not out of narrative. 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞
"I’m going now" Zeres turned around, he still needs to gather the flag points the entire class B has.
"Hehe, a nice harvest" his lips tugged upwards with just the thought of having a bountiful harvest.

"Headmaster, why are you here? You weren’t one for massive events like this" professor Elyssa muttered, her wavy long read hair cascading down her back.
She sat on a seat beside an old-looking man, his long white beard, moved as he spoke gently.
"I heard that there are many promising cadets this year, just consider it an old man’s whim."
"I see, but from what I’m seeing, you’re making the atmosphere here tense." Elyssa clicked her tongue, her eyes focused on the massive screen before them. Recordings of many students were there.
"You brat, you won’t even call me your master anymore? " Headmaster Arthur then picked up the wooden staff beside him, slaming it weakly at Elyssa’s head.
"I mean we’re in a formal meeting!" Elyssa stomped her feet on the ground. This old man’s nagging was the reason she didn’t come on the headmaster’s office often.
"Hoho, I see"
"What about that vampire I told you to observe? " Headmaster Arthur asked, his tone suddenly went cold.
"He didn’t do anything suspicious for the entire first semester. I swear it upon my name." Elyssa declared which made the old man Arthur looked at her seriously.
"Are you certain about that? "
"Yes! "
"Very well, I’ll eventually have to talk with that cadet soon. Arrange a meeting next week." He ordered, then he stood it from his chair.
"I hope he loves up to my expectations" as he said that, the air around him stirred, then his entire figure turned into an eagle before it flew far away.
Elyssa stared at her master’s departing figure. "I wonder when can I reach the Exalted-rank" she said quietly.
Her eyes wandered on the arcane screen hovering high up on the sky.
Do well Zeres" she whispered to herself, a faint smile tugging at her lips while she gaze at a certain screen where a handsome young man walked lazily, eating skewers in hand as if he’s not in a trial.
"Do I need to send a recording of her saving the saintess for them to believe he’s not like the rumors? " she rested her chin on her hand.
"Professor, here, a coffee" a staff passed her a ceramic mug filled with intricate design.
"Thank you" she offered a polite smile, then she took it towards her mouth. Her gaze still focused on the screen.
’But stil, you’re too arrogant’ she huffed,
Then a smile appeared on her face as her gaze went down the leaderboard.

"As always, class A is really different" the staff behind her murmured.
’Ofcourse they’re my students!’ Elyssa wanted to brag about it. But having a friend within a society that values your bloodline was hard—she only managed to find two such persons who wouldn’t mind her coming from a commoner origin.
"Your students sure is excellent, Professor Elyssa" an annoying voice pulled her out from her thoughts.
"Indeed, I am quite proud of them" Elyssa turned towards the sound. A man with a neatly combed hair stood before her, his neatly cutted beard moved as he spoke.
"Though I must say, that vampire one is unpleasant" he then dusted off the imaginary dust on her shoulders.
"Just because he beat your students? "
______________
Two days had already passed, it was now the last day of the Trial.
Amidst the tall trees, a woman was running at a fast pace, her long raven-black hair fluttered behind her. She held a flag in her right hand; it was violet.
"Will he agree to it? " Saelyz asked quietly
