Stefan’s POV:

“Tracking device? Why?” She asked in astonishment.

“Because I think you will be attacked soon” I replied in a serious tone.

I know she must be thinking I am out of my mind, but I need to warn her before it’s too late. I have a feeling something bad is going to happen and it will happen very soon.

“What? Attacked? Who will attack me?” Giselle asked, looking at me like I told her I was the first one to keep my feet on the moon.

“Erica!” her name came out of my mouth like an automatic response.

“Erica Blossom? Riven’s ex girlfriend? Will she attack me? Why would she? I didn’t steal Riven!” She replied with a confused expression.

“No, you didn’t and the last couple of girls also didn’t steal him but they still had to go through that” I replied under my breath.

“What are you saying, Stefan? I don’t understand a thing!” Giselle asked in a muddled tone.

“Fine. Don’t get me wrong and listen carefully to what I have to say. Whenever Riven breaks up with Erica and gets along with someone else, either that girl goes missing, is attacked brutally, leaves everything behind and shifts to another place or sometimes even dies! I feel like Erica is behind all this”. I told her the truth she deserves to know.

“Are you out of your senses, Stefan? Do you know what you are saying?” Giselle looked like she was beyond taken aback as her doll eyes widened even more.

“You are saying that Riven’s ex girlfriend causes such incidents? She beat people to the point of death and made them go missing? I know she is a drama queen, but from what you are saying is, she is pure evil”, she added in a shocked voice.

“This is something I have been observing for years, Giselle!” I replied in frustration.

“Then why didn’t you tell this to Riven?” She asked in a demanding tone.

“I tried telling him that a few years ago but then I had no proof and he thought I was just saying this because I don’t like Erica personally”, I replied honestly with a sad face.

“And that is also true?” She looked at me with a curious gaze.

“Yeah, I do not like her, but I never harm people if I don’t like them, neither physically nor mentally. Why would I spread rumors about her? Do I look that cheap?” I asked in a disappointed tone and Giselle shook her head in no.

“Also, Kevin thinks the same about Erica, even Caleb thinks she is fake and she has something to do with the incidents that happened with Riven’s Ex girlfriends” I added in a serious tone.

“Yeah, I know about Caleb. He warned me once about Riven’s ex gf but I thought Caleb is just a kid. He might be wrong”, Giselle replied casually.

“Do you trust me and my observations?” I asked, looking at her directly.

“I trust you the most these days, but I can’t blame someone for something I personally don’t know. Still, if you feel it is necessary, then install that tracking device on my phone. I have no problem with you tracking my location the whole day. Anyways, you are my favorite triplet”, She said, pinching my cheeks gently with a bright smile.

“What? I am your favorite triplet?” I repeated after her in shock.

It took me a while to register the information, but once it was registered in my system, I was beyond happy. I really wanted to do a happy dance right now, but then Giselle was sitting right in front of me.

“Yes, you are. You were never mean to me and you care a lot. I am really happy that I met a softie like you”, She said, smiling while looking at me like I am the most adorable thing in the entire world. I love this feeling!

But I also knew that I was not the man she was looking for, for a mate!

“I am not your ideal type, right? It must be Kevin” I said, looking down in embarrassment.

I saw how Giselle looks at Kevin because he always does the right thing at the right time. He is literally the ideal man of half of the werewolf community.

The handsome guy with a dominant aura who knows how to behave respectfully and take decisions on time. We just look alike, there is nothing similar in our personalities.

“How do you know Kevin is my ideal type?” She asked in astonishment.

“Because he is everyone’s ideal type, Giselle. Riven is too rude for people and I am too flirty for my own good”, I replied, honestly and looked away. The pain was killing me!

She held my chin and made me look towards her.

“You are not my ideal type, Stefan, you are better than that. You are better than any guy in this entire world. I can’t possibly think of someone arguing with their own brother about me. Stefan, you are someone who always supports without expecting anything in return. You are the support system I was missing in my life” She cupped my face, her voice laced with emotions.

I looked directly into her eyes and I could tell she was speaking the truth. She really meant what she said.

“Stefan, I know I am not really expressive, but I really love you. I regret that I hastily took that decision to reject you for Riven’s mistake, but I will make sure not to punish you for someone else’s mistake henceforth” She said, while looking into my eyes with hope.

I don’t know what she said in that entire statement because my brain was only stuck at ‘I really love you’

“I love you too. I promise that I will always keep you happy, even if I have to fight with the entire world for it” I replied, smiling like a happy puppy while cupping her face.

“I trust you” She replied, smiling with a curt nod.

She came forward and sealed our lips for a gentle kiss. The kiss was too short, it was just a little longer than a peck.

Every nerve in my body wanted to take her right here at this instant but I was afraid.

I don’t want her to feel like I am only interested in her body. I controlled myself and moved back, trying my best not to look at certain parts or my member would erect right in front of her.

I coughed and looked away when my eyes were falling on her body again. I decided to change the topic before I lost control.

“Ahem! Well, are you still unable to differentiate between us based on our voices?” I asked the first random thing which came to my mind.

“Yes, I am unable to!” she replied with the most adorable pout on her face.

“That’s sad” I replied and instantly, an idea popped into my head.

“Why don’t you try concentrating on our scents? Three of us have the same appearance and voice but our scent is different, just like all the other werewolves. Try to concentrate on our scents. You are our mate, so you are the one who is the most strongly hit by our scents”, I said, while looking at her excitedly.

“Yeah, that’s true. Why didn’t I think of that?” Giselle asked while hitting her head with her palm.

“Because I am smarter!” I replied with a wink.

“What a show off!” Giselle said with an eye roll.

“Anyways, what do I smell like?” I asked in a tone which was a perfect mixture of excitement and curiosity.

“You smell like roses. The sweetest roses I have ever smelled!” She replied with so much emotion that I wanted to kiss her again.

“Sorry, I was a bit excited. You smell really good!” She replied, her cheeks flushed pink with embarrassment, making her look even more adorable.

“Thank you, love. Now tell me about Riven and Kevin. How do they smell?” I asked in curiosity. This was the first time I am alone having a good time with our mate.

“Riven smells like luxurious cherry blossom and Kevin smells like rich vanilla” She replied instantly.

“I see. You are good at complimenting people”, I said, with a smile.

“Thank you. What do I smell like?” She asked curiously.

“You smell like my forever!” I said with a flirty smile.

“You cheesy guy! Tell me the truth!” She said and punched my arm because of cringe.

“Ohh, you smell like sweet chocolate” I replied with a smile.

“But you smell better when I am inside you”, I said another cheesy line with a teasing smirk.

“You are such a flirt, Stefan!”

Riven’s POV:

We reached the office and began to prepare for the meeting. I tried to forget about the argument with Giselle and focus on our meeting, but it was more difficult than I thought.

We were informed that Mr. Kim and his family are already there. They came here before time? Strange for someone who was not ready to sell this land in the first place!

I was in my office preparing for the meeting. Kevin was talking to our father over the phone. As usual, father must have forgotten to send us the main file and he must be sending someone with the file right now. Just great! He keeps the files of the most important projects in his study room.

I took my laptop from my office and was moving towards the meeting room when I was stopped by a familiar person.

“Hi Riven, looking dashing as always” said one of the daughters of Mr. Kim while blocking my way.

It was Henna, if I am not wrong.

“Hello Ms. Kim. Nice to meet you again” I replied plainly.

“Now, leave the formality. We are not strangers. Call me Henna”. She replied while holding my tie and pulling my face towards hers.

I grabbed her arm and jerked it off, but I felt weird. Something is extremely wrong with this girl!

Ignoring the sensation, I glared at her coldly.

“Do not cross your limits, Ms. Kim. We are only here for a meeting”, saying that in an ice cold voice, I left for the meeting room.

Kevin was taking care of the arrangements and my mind was still stuck on the interaction with Henna.

I didn’t know when Kevin would come and stood next to me until I heard his voice.

“What happened, Riven? Have you seen a ghost?” He asked with a chuckle.

“Her touch.... It felt... familiar..!”
