" You can feel it can't you ? " Kurumi asked Itsuki as she could feel the connection between them through the spirit contract.

" Yeah.." Itsuki replied slowly as he didn't bother to check the Spirit contract before as he had done it multiple times before with the result being the same.

But now not only did he feels the connection between him and Kurumi but he also felt a faint connection starting to form.

Ellen curled up on the floor as all kinds of memories rushed inside her mind making her clench her head tighter.

"No! No! No!.....No! " Ellen muttered like a broken record as she tried to deny these memories.

If she accepted these memories then it would mean that the last few years she was doing something unforgivable.

A Black battle dress materialised over herself as waves of power started radiating off of her making everyone in the building go into a frenzy due to the abnormal readings.

' What have I done..' Ellen cursed inside her mind as she remembered all the times she had tried to kill her husband and tried to go against him.

She had even considered suicide at some point but she couldn't even imagine the pain she would have caused to him if she went through with that decision.

More and more Spirit Energy radiated out of Ellen causing cracks to spread across the floor as tears flowed out of her eyes.

Ellen's thoughts continued to spiral into darkness but before they could go to a darker point she was suddenly pulled into a familiar warm embrace which made her whole body tremble in shame and fear.

" I-Itsuki-sama!.. " Ellen shouted in panic as she tried to push out of his embrace because she felt undeserving of his affection.

She wanted to kneel and beg for forgiveness or atleast kill herself to get rid of this sin but she knew it would only hurt him if she did that.

But she didn't know how to get rid of this overwhelming feeling of guilt and shame she was feeling.

" Ellen.." Itsuki said sternly as he tightened his hold over making her stiffen up.

" I could never hate you .... And whatever happened was never your fault to begin with , I am just glad that I could hold you like this in my arms again " Itsuki said gently as he gazed into Ellen's teary eyes while holding her like she was fragile.

" Or do you want to make me sad again ? " Itsuki said in a sad tone which made Ellen panic.

" N-No!.... I... Forgive me Itsuki-sama..." Ellen said in a remorseful tone as she snuggled deeper into his embrace.

Itsuki had a smile on his face as it seemed he somewhat lessened the guilt on Ellen's part.

Using himself was always the best option when dealing with Ellen as she was a bit too loyal and that also was bad in this case since she felt guilt ridden by the fact that she had been trying to kill him her master all these years.

" I would hate to interrupt this reunion ~ But it seems we have company Master ~ " Kurumi said in a laid back tone as she watched a bunch of people with weapons enter the room followed by a middle aged man with glasses who had a complicated look on his face.

" Itsuki Senju...." .....

" Elliot I am sorry .." Ellen bowed her head to her childhood friend who had stood by her side all these years accompanying her in her craziness.

" It's fine ... I am just glad that you were able to let go of all that hatred ... But this is all a bit too much for my mind to take in " Woodman said in a tired tone as he had heard the explanation from Ellen.

He knew his friend Issac was a bit insane and cruel and their attempt that night would have caused a huge tragedy and a loss of millions of lives.

This tragedy was prevented by the Man who was termed as the First Spirit due to World's first contact with him.

That event changed everything and set forth the age of spirits , when spirits started appearing all over the world.

The world had changed completely and at its forefront was this man whose influence was bigger than many countries together.

Although Woodman felt sad about Issac's death , he didn't hold a grudge since he was shown a memory fragment of Issac's deepest darkest thoughts that would put him on par with a monster.

And Issac would have even hurt Mio , whom he was hopelessly in love with.

From the moment he laid eyes on her , he was in love with her but it was not an obsessive love but more of a selfless love.

He was happy as long as she was happy.

Some would call him a hopeless simp ..... But he didn't care he just loved her enough to be happy as long as she was happy...

Ellen wasn't the only one who was affected by the synchronisation of the time as the rest of the contracted spirits also started regaining their memories and powers.

Itsuki would have his hands full appeasing the ones that he had a romantic relationship with.....

Itsuki had a warm smile on his face as he was hugged by two young women with orange hair as they buried their heads in his chest while shedding tears of relief.

Suddenly this warm moment was broken as his office door was suddenly pushed open with a bang and a loud enthusiastic shout resounded.
