" Oh~ Is that so ~ But you don't seem very pleased at all " She said in a gentle tone while embracing the child.

" N-No... It's just Mom always finds me no matter where I hide! " The child said in a frustrated tone as he puffed up his cheeks.

" Fufufu~ It's only natural that mom can find her Itsuki-chan so easily " The woman said in a proud tone as she sat beside a tree with her son in her lap.

" And why is that? " The boy asked with a slightly curious and pouty demeanor.

"Of course, it's because Mom is always with you ~"

A slightly older version of the child was standing in front of two bodies covered by white sheets.

He used his hands to wipe his face which was stained with tears and sweat.

" This dream again..." Itsuki muttered in a complicated tone as he used his hands to cover his face in frustration.

"Umm~" suddenly sensing the disturbance Pakura who was sleeping beside him was awakened as she groggily let out a groan in discomfort while gazing at him.

Itsuki just smiled at her reassuringly while pecking her on the forehead.

" It's alright, I just have something to do " Itsuki said in a soothing tone as he stroked her hair causing her to go back to sleep.

"Um" Pakura just hummed in agreement as she was too tired after this man tossed her around all night, although she was very tired she couldn't deny that she enjoyed it.

And it was not like anything in this world can hurt her husband so Pakura let herself sink into the sweet embrace of sleep....

Itsuki was standing on one of the mountains as he watched the Village which was literally among the clouds due to many buildings being on top of mountain peaks.

He in a way blamed his mother's death on his father as it was he who insisted on going and as a child, all that hatred led him to a stage of self-loathing too as he believed if he was stronger he could have accompanied them on the trip as their shinobi escort and could have protected them from bandits.
