After taking a very ' refreshing bath ' Itsuki and Kaede went back to the garden.

Itsuki laid on his mother's lap as he felt her fingers stroking his hair gently.

Itsuki felt at peace but there was still something that was bothering him and he decided to ask her just in case.

" Mom since you always wanted to quit the ANBU and even the old man was willing to let you and dad go , then why didn't dad accept it ? " Itsuki asked in a confused tone as he still couldn't understand why his father refused to quit the ANBU when he was offered the lucrative option of leaving.

It wouldn't normally happen as the ANBU knew a lot of village secrets but the old man does make exceptions to people he trusts and Kakashi was an example atleast according to the orginal timeline of events.

But even then his father refused vehemently. He wondered why , as he still remembered that his parents relationship was a bit awkward when he was a child.

The Star Luo Empire does not even have a single Title Douluo(lvl 90+ ) so being a Contra was enough to guarantee some benefits but she believed the Royal family would definitely not allow a Soul Douluo with the Nether civet martial spirit go.

She especially hated the way Davis her fiance gazed at her , it was not about lust or anything.

She didn't care about lust or desire in his eyes but the fact that he gazed at her like a subordinate.
