She was so nervous she broke out in a cold sweat. Not daring to meet Mason Lawson’s eyes, she kept her head down and timidly began her introduction. "H-hello, esteemed judges. My name is... Mia Kendall. I’m five-foot-five and weigh 99 pounds."

Her voice grew quieter and quieter toward the end.

Beside her, Charlotte Vaughn shot her a disdainful glance before looking at the timer and saying, "Judges, isn’t her time up? It’s my turn now."

When she finished, she was very satisfied with her performance.

Only one person from each group of five would advance to the next round, and the judges would make their decision on the spot.

Now, everyone except Eve Vaughn was nervously awaiting the result of the judges’ discussion.
