It stood atop the massive rock, looking down with an almost human-like majesty in its eyes. Its gaze swept around, searching for any possible hiding spots!

In the hollow below, Qin Feng lay hidden beneath the soil, clearly feeling a terrifying, searing gaze sweep over him.

’What the hell kind of mountain is this, to have so many terrifying apes!’ Qin Feng cursed inwardly. He operated his Secret Technique, remaining perfectly still, hidden underground.

Qin Feng hadn’t even reached the middle of the mountainside when he ran into this Level Two Red-Horned Dragon Ape. The creature’s strength was truly terrifying. A single blow had left Qin Feng lightly injured, and a searing power had burned its way deep into his organs. If Qin Feng hadn’t seen the danger and fled quickly enough, he would have perished under the Blast Ape’s iron palm.

"ROAR!"

One after another, dozens of tall, silver-white apes arrived on the mountain with sharp shrieks. They appeared behind the leading Red Fire Fierce Ape, like a troop of guards.

Its gaze blazing, the giant red ape swept its eyes across the area. With a flash of fiery light, it vanished and shot toward the foot of the mountain like a bolt of lightning.

A quarter of an hour later, Qin Feng crawled out from the thicket. His expression was grim as he stared in the direction the giant apes had gone. He muttered to himself, "Two-legged sheep, heheh. In a little while, we’ll see who’s eating whom."
