Just then, a voice spoke up. "You mean you can’t see through them?"

Yu Yao’s brows twitched. Following the sound, she saw a boy with sharp eyes and a cheerful smile approaching. He was dressed in simple, practical clothes.

Beside him was a silent, ordinary-looking boy dressed in linen clothes.

"Zhao Zhijing?"

Du Pingxia’s gaze shifted over. The young women of Cyan Dragon Academy were quite familiar with this boy.

He was a boy of about fifteen or sixteen, with refined features. His chin was slightly raised, and a Long Sword with Scabbard rested on his shoulder. He scanned the crowd, a disdainful smirk playing on his lips.

"Who is this kid? How dare he speak like that?"

"Such an arrogant brat! Isn’t he afraid of offending the Elder of Cyan Dragon Academy?" many wondered aloud, their gazes filled with confusion.

"That’s Ao Fang, the youngest son of the current Emperor of the Violet Kingdom, Ao Qin!" someone recognized him and exclaimed in a low voice.

"He has a powerful background!"

"Hiss... It’s really him, Ao Fang! He’s one of the strongest among the group at Cyan Dragon Academy who didn’t even have to participate in the trial! No wonder!"

"I’ve heard of him too. Ao Fang is from the Violet Kingdom, a disciple of their Royal Family. He’s been brilliant since childhood, with an exceptionally high aptitude for the Sword Dao. He’s a favorite of several old monsters in the Violet Kingdom’s Royal Family and has mastered the essence of their Swordsmanship!"
