The Great Sun Divine Hall was a second-rate major power. While it couldn’t compare to the tyrannical might of the All Stars Academy, it was still considered exceptionally powerful among its peers.

The Great Sun Divine Hall was based in the Northern Spirit Realm, a domain adjacent to the Domain of All Stars. Within the Northern Spirit Realm, it was a hegemonic power, with numerous kingdoms under its rule paying tribute.

They had subsequently become the new overlord of the Northern Spirit Realm.

The reports indicated that the Beiling Sect had seemingly mastered a special Secret Technique capable of countering most forms of Light True Power. It was precisely with this technique that they had annihilated the Great Sun Divine Hall in a short amount of time and with overwhelming force.

In recent days, the Beiling Sect had become the center of attention not only in the Northern Spirit Realm but also in several neighboring major realms.

After finding the news slightly odd, Qin Feng paid it no further mind. However, he did form some new speculations about the identity of the woman in white.

Just then, by the lakeshore not far away, the hurried figure of Luan Xiaochuan appeared about a hundred paces out.

Approaching him, Luan Xiaochuan spoke in a rushed tone, "Cave Master, an envoy from the Medicine King Hall is here to see you!"

"An envoy from the Medicine King Hall?" Qin Feng stood up, a pensive look in his eyes. *What is an envoy from the Medicine King Hall doing here?* he wondered. *Could it be that they’ve come to settle the score for the Elder I killed last time?*

Qin Feng strode toward Bishui Cave, his mind racing. A few dozen breaths later, a young man in the Confucian-style robes of a scholar, with a tall cap and a wide sash, appeared before him.

The young man was around twenty-four or twenty-five. Though he appeared ordinary, with a plain and kind-looking face, he was the sort you’d immediately forget after a single glance in a crowd.

Yet Qin Feng could tell with a single glance that this man was a powerhouse.

In terms of Cultivation, this person was in no way inferior to Su Mu.

Seeing the black-robed youth approach, the scholar-robed young man turned to size him up before chuckling lightly. "It’s true what they say: heroes emerge from the young. The renowned Cave Master Qin Feng. Now that I’ve seen you in person, your bearing is truly extraordinary!"

"And you are...?"

"I am Duanmu Rong."

"Duanmu Rong? As in, one of the Four Great Elders of the Medicine King Hall?"

Qin Feng was taken aback. The Four Great Elders of the Medicine King Hall held positions of immense power and authority. He had met Su Mu, but Su Mu was ranked last among the four.

This man before him was ranked second, putting him in a league far beyond the likes of Su Mu.

Seemingly noticing the uncertainty in Qin Feng’s eyes, Duanmu Rong said, "There’s no need to be alarmed, Brother Qin. I have come on official orders."

"I am acting on an order from the Star Upper Sect to summon twelve disciples who have cultivated the Little Cloud Rain Technique to the 9th Layer or higher. You are to gather at the Medicine King Main Hall."

"I understand that you, Brother Qin, are a Martial Artist who has cultivated the Little Cloud Rain Technique all the way to the 12th Layer. I wonder, are you willing to make this journey?"

After a moment of contemplation, Qin Feng sensed this could be a great opportunity.

Qin Feng remembered Baiyun telling him that the Star Sect rarely issued summons, but every summons was a major opportunity. Anyone who could seize such an opportunity might gain some unexpected benefits.

With a thoughtful glint in his eye, Qin Feng summoned Luan Xiaochuan, Xu Jie, and Zhao Yuan. After giving them a few instructions, he followed Elder Duanmu Rong toward the Medicine King Main Hall.

The Medicine King Main Hall was located in the Ziwei Circle.

The territory occupied by the All Stars Academy was divided into the Three Circles. The first was the Celestial Market Circle, which contained numerous Spirit Mountain Blessed Lands, though most were of a low level.

The second was the Taiwei Circle. The Spirit Mountain Blessed Lands there were generally of a higher quality, all being Level Four or above. Its residents were mostly disciples of the All Stars Academy with stronger Cultivation and higher status, along with mid-level Elders from the various halls and courts.

Qin Feng’s own Heavenly Red Peak was located in the Taiwei Circle.

The third was the Ziwei Circle. There were fewer Spirit Mountain Blessed Lands here, but all were high-grade, at Level Seven or above, where the most important figures from the various halls and palaces resided. The Medicine King Main Hall was also in this location, and all its residents were disciples of Qin Feng’s caliber.

The Ziwei Circle was not far from Heavenly Red Peak. Along the way, Qin Feng inquired with Elder Duanmu Rong and gradually learned some inside information.

It turned out that the reason the Medicine King Main Hall had summoned so many disciples who had cultivated the Little Cloud Rain Technique to the 12th Layer was because a Celestial Level Spiritual Root within the main hall had run into a major problem.

And this Array required twelve Martial Artists who had cultivated the Little Cloud Rain Technique to the 9th Layer or higher to preside over it.

"What a preposterous idea. The ’Celestial One True Water’ they can make is not the *real* Celestial One True Water! This is completely unworkable!" Hearing this, Qin Feng shook his head repeatedly. As an Array Grandmaster, he scoffed at such a fanciful notion.
