The sheer intensity of the previous night had left her body in a state of exquisite ruin. She was tender, swollen, and impossibly sensitive; that single, deep pulse was enough to snap her consciousness back to the present. Her eyes fluttered open, hazy with sleep and lingering pleasure.

But Xu Yi, sensing his withdrawal, would have none of it. She reached out, her fingers wrapping around his length to guide him back to her lips.

She took the whole "monstrosity" in at once.

To Shen Yu’s surprise, there was no hesitation. The repulsive reflex that usually accompanied such a deep intrusion was gone, replaced by the supernatural adaptation. She began to draw him deeper, her throat muscles moving with a new, terrifying fluidity, rippling against him with a rhythmic, crushing pressure.

"Ahhh... so this is one of the effects of your awakening, huh?" Shen Yu grunted, his hand tangling in her dark brown hair as he looked down at her. "What is the name of your bloodline?"
