Still hidden within the pocket of his phantom steps, Shen Yu appeared just a few inches behind the guard’s blind spot.

His gaze dropped to the man’s awkward stance, a look of profound disdain crossing his face.

’Face him like a man?’ he thought.

’Fucking disgusting,’ he muttered under his breath.

Dropping his stealth at the absolute last second, Shen Yu lunged.

His fingers locked into a razor-sharp claw formation, tearing through the air with terrifying speed.

The Golden Core guard sensed the sudden, fatal spike in temperature and tried to frantically spin around, but it was already too late.

Shen Yu’s hand struck like a lightning bolt, his fingers sinking deep into the guard’s throat and cleanly ripping out his windpipe in a single, fluid motion.

Blood sprayed across the sandalwood carriage as the Golden Core powerhouse collapsed into the dirt, dead before he even hit the ground.

Watching the horrific scene unfold from his window, the arrogant lust in Ge Xuan’s eyes instantly evaporated, replaced by an overwhelming, suffocating dread that seized his throat.

His face drained of all color, his massive, gelatinous body trembling violently against the silk cushions.

’He... he killed a Golden Core master so easily?!’ his mind screamed in frantic terror.

’How?! Why the hell is he this strong?!’

Shen Yu stood amidst the carnage, his green pupils locking onto the trembling noble with a gaze so frozen it made the surrounding mountain air feel like winter.

Ge Xuan let out a comically high-pitched yelp, scrambling backward into the dark corners of his carriage like a trapped animal.

Before the fatass could even call for help, the air inside the luxurious carriage rippled.

Using the Phantom Step, Shen Yu lunged through the window, instantly materializing inside the cabin.

He casually took a seat on the plush velvet bench directly opposite the terrified noble, who was now frantically dragging a thick silk blanket over his massive, exposed body, shaking like a leaf.

Leaning forward, his green hair cascading over his shoulders as he pinned the fatass down with a suffocating, lethal pressure, Shen Yu spoke in a low, terrifyingly calm voice.

"Listen, fatass."

A flicker of spatial energy rippled over Shen Yu’s right hand as a long, pitch-black spear materialized out of thin air.

The spearhead gleamed with a predatory, lethal sheen under the dim light of the carriage.

With a casual, slow motion, Shen Yu leveled the weapon, resting the cold, razor-sharp tip directly against the silk blanket covering Ge Xuan’s groin.

"From this exact moment, your travel plans have changed," Shen Yu said, his voice entirely devoid of emotion.

"You are going to turn this entire pathetic caravan around, march right back to Flowing Spring City, and officially cancel every single arrangement regarding your strategic political marriage with the Cao Clan."

"If I see your face anywhere near Crimson Iron City again, I will personally pull your spine out through your throat."

Despite the raw terror paralyzing his limbs, the sheer, deep-rooted arrogance of a wealthy young master surged to the surface.

Ge Xuan’s face contorted into a furious, sweaty mask. He thought of his family’s massive wealth, their thousands of mercenary guards, and his own high status.

"Cancel the marriage?!" Ge Xuan shrieked, his voice cracking comically as he tried to look imposing while clutching the blanket.

"Do you have any idea who the fuck I am?! I am the sole heir of the Ge Clan! We control the distribution lines of Flowing Spring City!

"If you think you can just assault me and get away with it, you’re dead! My father will hire every assassin organization in the province to hunt you down, you beautiful freak! I won’t cancel a damn thing!"

Shen Yu didn’t even blink at the empty threats. A cruel, merciless smirk touched his lips.

Thrust!

Without a single word of warning, Shen Yu violently drove the black spear forward.

The sharp blade tore through the silk blanket and sank deep into Ge Xuan’s right thigh, burying itself in the heavy fat just a mere millimeter away from his dick.

"AHHHHHHHHH! MY LEG! MY LEG!"

Ge Xuan screamed at the top of his lungs, his eyes bulging out of his head as a geyser of blood instantly soaked through the expensive silk.

His massive, gelatinous body thrashed violently against the cushions, his sausage-like fingers clawing frantically at the wooden walls of the carriage in a desperate, agonized frenzy.

Outside, the surrounding guards stiffened, a collective wave of pure terror washing over them as the horrific, blood-curdling shriek of their young master echoed through the mountain pass.

Yet, despite his agonizing cries, not a single man dared to step a foot closer to the carriage.

They were completely paralyzed with fear.

After all, they had just witnessed that green-haired monster rip out the throat of an early-stage Golden Core powerhouse as if he were swatting a common fly.

With their strongest cultivator dead in the dirt before he could even draw a proper breath, the remaining guards weren’t about to risk their own lives for a paycheck.

They stood frozen, weapons trembling in their hands, silently praying the monster inside wouldn’t turn his sights on them next.

"You madman! You’re dead! My clan... my clan will wipe out your entire lineage! We have three Peak Golden Core elders! They will tear you to pieces!"

Shen Yu let out a dry, thoroughly amused laugh.

It was truly pathetic.

The Ge Clan didn’t even possess a single Nascent Soul cultivator in their entire history, yet here this bloated pig was, screaming and talking big right in front of a man projecting a terrifying, overwhelming Nascent Soul aura.

The sheer ignorance of these pampered young masters never ceased to amaze him.

"Three Golden Core elders?"

Shen Yu purred, his green pupils flashing with a lethal light as he gripped the spear handle.

With a brutal twist of his wrist, he ripped the weapon out of the bleeding flesh, causing Ge Xuan to let out a sickening, choked gasp.

Before the fatass could even catch his breath, Shen Yu raised the spear and slammed it down once more, driving the blade straight through his left thigh.

Squelch!

"ARRRRGHHHH!"
