The Flight

What We Require

Nova Technologies requires the following from your facility for the duration of this operation.

Landing & Departure Clearance

• Landing clearance for a Nova Technologies shuttle on the scheduled operation date within the specified arrival window

• Departure clearance on the same date within the specified departure window

• Integration of the shuttle’s approach and departure flight path into your air traffic management framework for the relevant time window

• Nova Technologies will provide full technical specifications for the shuttle to your air traffic control team separately upon confirmation of this coordination notice

Designated Lounge Space

• A dedicated lounge area within your international terminal sufficient to accommodate the assigned volunteer and observer count

• The lounge must be accessible from the international arrivals area and connected to the designated boarding zone for our shuttle

• The lounge will be used for volunteer identity confirmation, documentation processing, meals, and pre-departure waiting

• Nova Technologies will furnish and staff the lounge entirely with our own resources

• Your facility is not required to provide any services within the lounge space beyond the physical area itself

Designated Boarding Zone

• A designated boarding zone connected to the lounge area from which volunteers and observers will board the Nova Technologies shuttle directly

• The boarding zone must be accessible to Nova Technologies ground staff and shuttle crew without passing through your facility’s standard commercial boarding infrastructure

Ground Access

• Vehicle access to the shuttle landing area for Nova Technologies ground support equipment and staff

• Nova Technologies will operate its own ground support for the shuttle independently

• Your facility’s ground handling services are not required

Security Arrangement

Nova Technologies will conduct all passenger security screening for volunteers and observers boarding the shuttle through our own internal security protocols.

Your facility’s standard security perimeter applies to all terminal areas up to the designated boarding zone.

Financial Arrangement

Nova Technologies will compensate your facility for the following:

• Lounge space usage for the duration of the operation including the day prior for volunteers arriving early

• Boarding zone access for the duration of the operation

• Any facility staff time directly required to support the coordination process

Compensation rates will be confirmed during the coordination team’s visit seven days prior to the operation date.

Payment will be processed upon confirmation of rates and will be completed before the operation date.

Nova Technologies does not require ground handling, fueling, catering, or passenger processing through your standard infrastructure. Compensation covers only the specific arrangements listed above.

A Nova Technologies coordination team will arrive at your facility approximately seven days before the scheduled operation date.

The coordination team will:

• Meet with your operations director and relevant department heads

• Physically confirm the designated lounge space and boarding zone

• Confirm ground access arrangements for Nova Technologies equipment and staff

• Confirm and finalize compensation rates for lounge space, boarding zone access, and any facility staff time required

• Process compensation payment before departing your facility

• Address any operational questions your facility has regarding the shuttle’s specifications or the operation’s logistics

The coordination team’s visit is the appropriate time to raise any operational questions or concerns.

Nova Technologies requests that all communication regarding this operation be directed through the coordination team from the point of their arrival at your facility.
