Just as Chi Wan was hesitating, wondering if she should just tell Captain Tan that she had a way to make them talk, Li Xingye’s voice sounded in her ear, "Leave it to me."

She was overjoyed. She soon felt something like fine threads gently wrap around her fingers and open the cap of the vial.

While Captain Tan was still signaling the officers inside to continue the interrogation, those unknown, thread-like plants had already leaped off Chi Wan’s lap, slithered through a crack, and entered the interrogation room.
