Marcus pressed me back against the cool wall, his eyes searching mine for a moment before his lips found the sensitive curve of my jaw. His mouth traced a heated path down to the hollow of my neck, sending shivers through my entire body.

His strong hand found my thigh, lifting it to wrap around his waist. In one fluid motion, he hoisted me up, my other leg instinctively curling around him as he carried me toward the bedroom with purposeful strides.
