Their hushed conversation made me feel like an exhibit in a zoo. Hearing every word of their speculation didn’t help either. Feeling uncomfortable, I drained the rest of my tea, stood up, and left the studio.

I headed for the smoking area I’d seen earlier before entering the building.

"Damn, they’re supposed to be high-class people, but why are they staring at me like I’m some animal in a cage?"

The thought of in-game enhancements affecting real life made me excited. A possibility popped into my mind, and I quickly asked the system, "Does that mean I can increase my magic abilities in-game and use them here too?"

As I pondered the system’s explanation, my phone buzzed with a message.

"I’m done! Just need a quick shower, and I’ll be right out."

Seeing Allie’s text, I left the smoking area and re-entered the studio. The women who had been in the lobby earlier were gone, presumably in the showers. Instead, the space was now filled with men.

As I walked in, I felt their gazes immediately lock onto me. Their stares weren’t curious or friendly like the women’s earlier. These were filled with hostility, jealousy, and unease.

"Inferior bastards."

I could tell they were worried about me stealing the attention of their favorite instructors or staff. Their petty, insecure glances annoyed me, so I returned their stares one by one, deliberately locking eyes with each of them.

The moment our gazes met, they looked away, realizing on some primal level that we were not equals. I didn’t have to say a word—my presence alone crushed their bravado.

While I was silently asserting my dominance, Allie appeared, and every thought of those losers vanished.

Her outfit as a pilates instructor was lethal—a fitted long-sleeve top and leggings that clung to her body like a second skin. On an ordinary figure, it might have been unremarkable, but on her, it was breathtaking.

Her snug top stretched taut in certain areas, making the outline of her sports bra faintly visible. The leggings accentuated her wide hips and long, sculpted legs, showcasing her flawless figure. She looked so good that any man passing by would stop for a second glance, unable to help himself.

"Damn... she’s perfect."

The thought of soon having that incredible body entirely to myself sent a thrill through me. I was just about to greet her when I noticed a man trailing behind her, clearly trying to strike up a conversation. Curious, I decided to hang back and eavesdrop for a moment.

"Would you be free to grab dinner with me tonight?" the man asked, his tone overly polite but eager.

"Thank you for the offer, but I already have plans this evening," Allie replied, her voice polite but firm.

"Then how about another day if not today? There’s a new movie out—I think you’d enjoy it. What do you say?"

The other male members nearby, who had been observing the exchange, rolled their eyes at the scene unfolding before them. They looked on as the guy trailed behind Allie like an overzealous puppy, practically begging her for a chance to meet him.

"Here we go again," one muttered.

"Yup, every new guy seems to do this," another added, shaking his head.

Allie had dealt with this plenty of times before. She’d made it clear that she wasn’t interested in personal relationships with her clients, and she had never once agreed to meet with anyone outside of work. The regulars were used to it, but as someone seeing it for the first time, I couldn’t help but find the whole thing amusing.

Watching this man grovel was ridiculous. Money, social status—none of it seemed to matter. They were all the same when it came to women like her. As I stood there smirking at his pathetic display, my irritation started to build. Who did this guy think he was, aiming for someone out of his league?

When he began rambling about dinner plans, I decided to cut in.

"How about after the movie, we check out a nice restaurant..."

"Allie, you ready?" I interrupted, casually slinging an arm around her shoulder.

"You’re here!" she exclaimed, a warm smile instantly lighting up her face.

Her reaction caught the guy off guard. His confident facade cracked, and his expression turned sour as he glared at me.

"But Allie, you told me you didn’t have a boyfriend!"

"Whether I do or don’t, that’s none of your business," I said smoothly, cutting him off again.

I pulled Allie closer, pressing her against my side. She hesitated for a moment before shyly wrapping an arm around my waist, her face turning a light shade of pink.
