"Who’s there?!" Just as I debated barging in on Lilly mid-act, a sharp voice cut through the night. I froze.

"Oh! And if we bring back enough firewood, Lidia said she’d give us something valuable as a reward. She asked me first, but if you come along, I’ll let you have it."

"Let’s go."

The mention of a reward was enough to make me accept without hesitation. Opportunities to earn rare items during the tutorial phase were scarce, and most of them were tied to seemingly mundane tasks assigned to villagers. Though I wasn’t thrilled about partnering with Woolie, the potential payoff made it worth the trouble.

"Hurry up and get ready!"

I quickly tidied up my room, grabbed what I needed, and stepped outside. Woolie, already prepared and smiling, looked genuinely pleased to have company.

"Alright, let’s get moving!"

With the large carrying frame strapped to his back, he led the way to the village entrance. Just as we reached the gates, a familiar voice called out behind us.

Turning around, I saw Emily running toward us, clutching a bundle wrapped in cloth. Her massive chest bounced freely beneath her loose-fitting clothes, making it painfully obvious she wasn’t wearing anything underneath.

Flustered, Woolie quickly looked away and started walking ahead, his shoulders stiff and his movements awkward. It was obvious he was embarrassed about being caught staring.

Watching him retreat, I couldn’t help but smirk. Once Emily was mine, I wondered what kind of face Woolie would make.

’I mean... Npc should know the place to not butt in.’ i thought as I looked at Lilly.
