NPC Guard smiled bigger. "Woolie, come here!" he shouted.

Woolie, a skinny guy with messy hair, looked shocked. "Me?" he said, pointing at himself. His voice shook. He’d been standing back, holding his spear, not expecting to fight.

"Yes! Fight Alex with your spear," NPC Guard said, pushing Woolie forward. He sounded super sure of himself.

Woolie’s mouth fell open. "You can beat Alex," NPC Guard told him, patting his back hard. Woolie almost fell over from the pat, but NPC Guard looked confident.

The villagers didn’t agree. They whispered and stared. Woolie was short and thin, only 170 cm. I was taller, 185 cm, and strong from my skill. Even with training, Woolie wasn’t great. Everyone thought I’d win easy.
