Outside the kitchen, Bianca stood with her head down, and heard Riel order the staff to clean the mess she had created. All her excitement flew out of the window when she failed to hold the simple spatula while stirring the strangely cut veggies inside the pot.

After much struggle, she was finally able to chop the vegetables, With the help of the video on her mobile she started preparing the food. Everything was going perfectly fine. She had kneaded the dough, almost dusting all the flour on her face and the ground making it extra slippery.

She thought she had everything under control until she placed her foot on the slippery floor, losing her balance the next second and scattering all the food on the ground along with the pot.

"Make sure everything is clean" Riel’s voice snapped her out of her thoughts while he instructed Janet and she couldn’t help but feel ashamed of herself.

A skillful doctor like her couldn’t cook was itself a shame and now after failing miserably, she didn’t have the face to look at Gabriel.

Keeping her head down, Bianca slowly tried to retreat from the scene, making sure no one watched her, but little did she know she couldn’t disappear from Gabriel’s gawk-like eyes.

"Doctor" just when she thought she was about to leave, Gabriel’s voice stopped her.

Bianca gulped at the sound of his calm yet dominating voice suddenly falling weak in her knees. Her face was still covered with flour and the dress she wore looked like garbage, yet when he called her out, she couldn’t stop herself from turning around to respond.

"Y-yes" pursing her lips, she tried forcing a smile but failed when he narrowed his eyes while staring at her sharply.

"May I know what you were doing inside?" he asked, though he had seen everything.

Gabriel never intended to make things awkward for Bianca when he saw her inside the kitchen and kneeling on the floor, he couldn’t help but think was that all an exchange for his help.

Bianca gaped upon hearing his words and her smile faltered soon disappearing, making the situation tense between them. She wondered whether he was upset with her for destroying all the food inside, and that was why he appeared so displeased.

Gabriel arched his brow waiting for Bianca to answer but he was barely able to hold back asked," Are you trying to return my help by doing household chores" There was an underlying disappointment in his tone, and Bianca could feel that her actions had upset him somehow.

Quickly shaking her head, she tried to deny his words but he didn’t seem to be in any mood to listen to her.

"I never ask you to return the favor as you have already done a huge help by agreeing with me, and I don’t want more than that. So please refrain from causing any kind of trouble for yourself and enjoy your stay until I finish my job"

Gabriel did like whatever she was trying to do. He never asked for it and what if in all this process she might have hurt herself, how was he going to forgive him? No there was no way he was going to let her cook again.

Bianca watched Gabriel with a complicated expression. Her eyes began to moisten upon hearing his harsh words. She thought that by preparing a meal for him, she would also be able to apologize to him for her rude behavior, but instead, she ended up upsetting him, even more.

She quickly looked down and blinked her eyes shoving away the tears that were ready to fall and apologized," I am sorry. I will never cause you any trouble" she said and immediately turned away, rushing back to her room.

Gabriel on the other hand kept staring at her retreating figure until it vanished from his sight and sighed.

Just when he was about to leave, he was stopped by Janet who showed up suddenly standing next to him with her head down.

"Young master" her voice made him look at her wondering what brought her here when he heard her say.

"Please don’t scold the doctor. She just wanted to apologize to you for the trouble she caused you this morning by preparing a delicious meal" Gabriel was still the moment he heard her speak. The maid who never voiced a word in front of him and did her job efficiently, came to back the girl whom she met just a few days back.

And what left him baffled was she left as soon as she was done justifying Bianca’s intentions.

Gabriel stood there speechless, slowly grasping into her words and his eyes moved in the direction of upstairs where Bianca had just run to.

"Sigh... what have I done" he cursed pinching the bridge of his nose and headed to his room.

After the warning, Jennifer had merely interacted with Ashley, but she didn’t fail to see her glare her way every now and then.

According to Tristan, Jennifer was someone who would let go of the humiliation she faced secretly and would definitely try to do something to avenge her. So instead of being careful, Ashley decided to play it cool, treating the matter as irrelevant to pay attention to.

Ashley deliberately ignored her, avoiding her gawk-like eyes, and continued to work. Now that she was aware of Mia being involved with Jennifer in all those posts, she uploaded on the internet, she couldn’t wait to meet her very old rival.

Busy pondering in her thoughts, Ashley failed to see the person ahead until they collided and she heard a painful cry.

Jennifer had silently followed Ashley after she left the spot. Initially, she wanted to confront her, but then she thought about something and sprinted towards her taking advantage of her absentminded state, purposely colliding with her.

Ashley blinked her eyes, adjusted her thoughts before she resumed being indifferent to her. The way she was overreacting, Ashley understood it was also one of her acts to gain sympathy.

Jennifer purposely screamed to gather people around and when the plan worked she began to cry.

"Why are you doing this to me? Have I done something wrong" She began sobbing like an innocent person who was wronged by her.

Everyone knew Jennifer as a kind soul but Ashley, they had always seen her in the limelight for the wrong reason. So when Jennifer began to cry everyone around started gossiping.

Ashley looked around and saw the crew muttering to themselves while they watched them suspiciously.

Jennifer smirked when she heard their words and continued to play the victim.

Looking around, she wiped off her tears before joining her hand, and continued," Please, don’t take things personally. I just wanted to be friends with you but you misunderstood my intention and now your husband is trying to sue me. Please Ashley, I have worked so hard to earn this, please... please don’t snatch everything from me. I beg you" she began crying hysterically leaving everyone speechless.

Ashley stared at Jennifer in disbelief and watched her smirk before quickly masking her real motive.

Once Jennifer was done playing her part, she turned and left from there letting Ashley fall into the eyes of the people who witnessed their conversation.

By the end of the day, the news about Actress Jennifer getting threatened by Tristan Knight circulated everywhere. The reason why Jennifer was being targeted was still unknown, but most of them assumed that Ashley was getting insecure by the talented actress and she also involved her Billionaire husband to help her get through it.

Sitting inside her room, Jennifer smirked at her achievement and quickly called Sandra.

"I have done whatever you ask me to do, now it’s your turn to sponsor me after my agency throws me out" she stated.
