If he was awake, he would been more surprised at the words coming out this monkey than getting hit on head, a very weak spot, without any defence when relaxed.

And his pain on head might last much longer with these two hits after he got blacked out from just first hit.

"I won’t let you harm them.

Humph!"

A bizarre sight.

A monkey just huffed angrily after hitting two times to a knocked out subject.

After some time only dragging marks stayed where he was knocked out.

"Ouu, Ouu..ou.." First thing he felt after returning to consciousness is aching on back of his head.

Reflexively he moved his hand to rub back of the head, but

he couldn’t move them as if bound by something.

Slowly he opened his eyes and looked for what happened.

Hazy eyes slowly cleared at the same time as he looked at his condition.

Bound by rope of vines, both hands together in front of him. He is lying on smooth rocky floor with his body weight fully supported by his right side. In front of him, only stony wall.

He tried to move himself to face opposite side of wall, but couldn’t apply much power. Also his both hands and keys are bound together in pairs. Maybe because of them or his already fractured skeleton have gone through a little too much, he thought.

So his tried to spread his spiritual sense but he couldn’t for some reason.

He can still circulate soul energy, can feel his soul space and the tree floating within. But can’t use it outside of him.

With this failure he tried to bring out, energy from core as raw fhee energy and also elemental energy, both. But same as soul energy he can circulate through his meridians, other secondary channels but can’t bring it outside.

Nor does his wood element is affecting the vines bounding him.

But he didn’t become discourage and tried to come up with other ways to set free himself.

And during his brainstorming, he heard a voice.

A unfamiliar voice, which he is pretty sure about hearing it for the first time.

’Don’t try anything in vain.’

But what astonished him is that he heard it in his mind, despite his soul being so powerful.

...

Silence.

He didn’t respond to the voice. Nor did the voice owner uttered another word, maybe expecting him to talk first.

Silence..... Very long silence.....

’Why aren’t you saying anything.’ Eventually owner of the voice broke the silence first, observing him not responding until now.

Silence.... Another heavy silence lingered.

From above lying Gin, a flat furry haired head emerged and looked at his closed eyes, calm breathing.

"Angry. Angry." It started jumping on spot with rounded fluffy cheeks, seeing him sleeping calmly and peacefully.

Earlier when he head the voice inside mind, he was trying to use the tree in soul space to break free, if possible.

And tree eventually responded immediately but it didn’t break his shackles. But amplified his soul power.

Still he couldn’t use it outside for anything but his spiritual vision was able to observe what was happening around him.

He saw behind him a little distance away, all four ladies were placed on a comfortable leafy wooden mat. Mostly green and many mixed energy particles together submerged them inside itself, slowly healing and relieving them, freshening them.

And a monkey with both hands folded on its chest, looking at him from just few steps behind him.

Seeing all this he let go of any guard or bother to even respond and closed his eyes to take a proper nap after all those tense times.

He woke again after very long nap, refreshed in both body and mind. His body is no longer aching like before, have relaxed to certain extent.

"Haaah" Let out a deep refreshing breath.

But in just next instant, he heard that voice again.

’Finally woke up.’

And he finally replied this time.

’So, why i am chained like this.’ Just out of curiosity he applied force again on both pair of vines, but same result. They didn’t even budge.

’Humph! obviously as you are bad.’

’Ohkay so why am i?....bad?’ He stopped trying and conversed. Obviously wanting to know why it chained him, even after knowing him from before.

He understood it would remember him since, it’s intelligence and sentience seems very high. And even soul might be much more powerful than him.

’Obviously you’re bad as you were doing bad.’

’Why do you think i was doing bad.’

It jumped on legs irritated ’Humph, humph. Obviously you were capturing them and doing something bad to them.’

Now he is really confused ’Doesn’t this monkey remember me?’

’Oi monkey, don’t you remember me.’

’Ehhh..who is monkey!’

"Ehhh..who is monkey!’

This time he heard voice from both in mind and behind him.

’Hehehe, i know you are a monkey.’ He is really starting feel fun in teasing the monkey.

’Anyway, why did you chain me. You have already seen me before with them, previously at beach in font of ocean.’

’Humph, obviously i remember. But you aren’t him, you look different, your energy signature is different. I am no idiot, you can’t fool me.’

Hearing those words, it clicked him. Obviously he have thinned much from that time and his energy..

’Yeah, certainly my energy signature have changed after going through many things. Even after my soul left body, travelled that world of memory rewind, then world of souls.

Some things are changing completely, while some things are returning, recovering to how i’am, they’re suppose to be.’

His silence seems to confirm her statement.

’See admit it, you are bad. I am right! I am right!’ Yeah monkey felt somehow proud, puffing her flurry covered chest.

Silence..

’why don’t you admit it?’ It questioned, after no response from him for some time.

’Come in front of me, let me show you something.’

’Humph, why should i listen to you.’

’So you will be able see my memory, you will know why are they so much injured. And who really harmed them’

’Really?’

’Just come. I can’t even move because of you. Don’t you trust your own ability.’ He felt she was hesitating, so he tried to sweet talk a little.

’Obviously, i am great.’ Again puffing her chest, it walked at in front of him.

And his words worked great.

Standing in front of him, she asked ’So?’

’Touch your forehead with mine’

Monkey did as was told.

He telt something touching his forehead amd knew what it was, despite his eyes close.

Next he controlled his memories, sending it to her. Which parts needs to shown.

After a while, monkey exclaimed.

"Woo....., it really is you."

But he didn’t respond.

"Pui?" She poked at his face with furry finger. But still have no response.

"Ugh! again!"

Yes, he has passed out, AGAIN.

"Uhhh"

He felt like his head bursting, even after knocked out for few hours.

’Wtf, i only tried to send her memories, yet couldn’t even handle just rebound force of coming in contact with her soul.’

"You’re up,...again.."

He opened his eyes hearing her and looked at her, sitting in front of him crouched. Her knees supporting her extended hands and cheek placed on one arm, tilted head at one side looking into his eyes.

He opened his mouth "So, when are you going to release me."

She tilted her head further "I have already released you."

He looked at pair of vines doubtably, still tried to break free. And it didn’t take much force, they loosened the moment he moved his hands and feets apart from each other.

’So they were really just normal vines, which maybe i created.’

"So, what are you? A reincarnator? Or occupied a low rank beast?"

"Eh?" She tilted head to other side. Confused clearly on her.

Gin sat up, yet still taller than crouching monkey. But next words hit him as if heard something ridiculous.

"What is a reincarnator?"

"Eh?" Confused Gin also tilted his head, at same direction as her.

Silence...

Damn heavy silence....

Two confused tilted head only stared at each other’s eyes.

Still head tilted, he asked "Why don’t you know?"

"Why should i know?"

"Cause you have to?" He himself is getting confused while asking.

She also still head tilted "Why do i have to?"

"How should i know? obviously you should... know?" He is further getting confused himself, why he is even asking that.

"How should i know obviously if you don’t know?" Now she is definitely matching rhythm with him.

He didn’t say anything and paused, still head tilted looking at her eyes.

She also didn’t respond, since he didn’t utter anything.

Heavy silence again.

"Bullshit!" He only uttered one word, still with head tilted. ’She is definitely messing with me.’

"I am no bullshit. Humph, I am great." She puffed her chest, strengthening her spine, cheeks swelled like squirrel.

"Then why don’t you know what’s a reincarnator?"

"Uhhh, i don’t know, why i don’t know." She put her hands on her ears, not wanting to even hear anything.

He rubbed his forehead with fingers, feeling headache.

This happens when two unique being converses.

Nothing makes sense.

No solution. Only Confusion.
