“Sorry.” Flaviel tore open a packet of bright red ketchup and squeezed it straight into her mouth. “But have you really not considered marrying into the Demon King Castle? I believe that even if the future me has a thousand reasons, as long as you’re willing, she would still agree.”

Vieya hesitated for a moment before sighing. “Forget it. Jasmine probably wouldn’t want to go back there. Over these years, a few monsters from Demon King Castle have come secretly looking for Jasmine, but she got that fat cat to trick them away every time. They never even saw her face.”
