Far beyond the borders of the Andromeda Galaxy, across the desolate expanses of intergalactic void that separated the galaxies, various observation arrays floated silently.

Within the Kyros Galaxy, the headquarters of the Starlight Sanctum floated like a radiant jewel amidst a cluster of artificially tethered suns. Deep within the core of its central spire lay the Omni-Scrying Deck.

Jace, a High Rule Stage observer tasked with monitoring the neighboring lesser galaxies, staggered backward from his control terminal. He clutched his head with both hands, his breath coming in ragged, shallow gasps. A moment ago, an ethereal chime had echoed not through the audio receptors of his array, but directly inside his consciousness. "What in the heavens..." Jace muttered, his vision staggering as he forced himself to look back at the massive holographic projection hovering in the center of the deck.

The display was rendering a real-time, highly magnified feed of the micro-dimension located at the center of the Andromeda Galaxy. Jace's hands flew across the terminal, reversing the logs by a fraction of a minute to analyze exactly what had caused the backlash.

When the recording replayed, Jace's eyes widened to impossible proportions.

A few seconds later, a new figure appeared within the chamber. It was Elder Malakor, an Astral Stage being.

"What is it, Jace?" Malakor asked, "I trust you have a reason for interrupting my cultivation."

"Elder Malakor... you need to see this. Immediately," Jace said, his voice still trembling as he gestured toward the massive holographic display. "An anomaly has appeared in the Andromeda Galaxy."

Malakor's expression remained impassive, but he turned his gaze toward the projection.

The recording played. It showed a young man in bloodstained crimson robes floating in the void of a micro-dimension, surrounded by three Peak Rule Stage cultivators. But it was not the combatants that caught Malakor's attention. It was the storm of multi-colored essence wrapping around the young man.

Malakor's eyes narrowed instantly, "He is merely wielding pure arcane concepts. But... the sheer volume..." Malakor murmured, his tone shifting from indifference to sharp, focused calculation.

"There," Malakor said, his eyes widening. "The manipulation of cause and effect. That is not an ordinary arcane concept." He turned toward Jace, his expression deadly serious. "That is a Prime Arcane Concept."

Jace gasped, stumbling back half a step.

Prime Arcane Concepts were the ultimate foundations of the universe. They were concepts so ancient and powerful that they dictated how reality itself functioned. Users who managed to comprehend and wield a Prime Arcane Concept were anomalies among anomalies, unimaginable geniuses whose potential could not be measured by the common sense of the universe.

"The Chime of Consciousness..." Malakor whispered, his voice laced with disbelief. "The first stage of consciousness mastery. How is this possible?"

"So for now, only us and the other lesser Major Sects, which established their own observation arrays, have seen this and know the real value of this boy. We have a narrow window. The race has already begun."

"Prepare my personal warship," Malakor commanded, "I am going to the Andromeda Galaxy. We must recruit this genius before anyone else can sink their claws into him. A talent capable of wielding a Prime Arcane Concept and awakening the Chime of Consciousness upon ascension... he is exactly the disciple our Starlight Sanctum needs to elevate us to an Upper Major Sect. I will offer him whatever he desires."

Millions of light-years away, within the dark, nebular expanses of the Oryx Galaxy, the Veiled Horizon Sect maintained its own vigil.

Unlike the radiant spires of the Starlight Sanctum, the headquarters of the Veiled Horizon Sect was carved into a hollowed-out planet, surrounded by cloaking formations that rendered it invisible to all but the most advanced detection arrays.

Inside the central observation chamber, Representative Riven stood before Elder Tyberius.

Tyberius, a gaunt, shadow-wreathed Astral Stage cultivator, paced back and forth across the obsidian floor, his eyes locked onto a condensed data-slate that Riven had just handed him. The slate contained the exact same logs and recordings from the Andromeda micro-dimension.

"A Prime Arcane Concept," Tyberius muttered, his voice a raspy hiss that carried a mixture of greed and awe. "Causality. And the Chime of Consciousness immediately upon the formation of the Astral Core. Riven... do you comprehend what we are looking at?"

"I do, Elder," Riven said, keeping his head respectfully bowed. "He is an epoch-defining anomaly. But we are not the only ones watching. The Starlight Sanctum in the Kyros Galaxy, the Cerulean Spear Sect in the Vanguard Galaxy... they will all be mobilizing. How do we intend to secure him?"

Tyberius stopped pacing and let out a low chuckle.

"The other sects are foolish," Tyberius said, "They will march in with demands, attempting to awe him with their wealth and their ancient lineages. But look at his actions, Riven. Analyze the entire history."

Tyberius pointed a skeletal finger at the data-slate. "He fought a war for a lesser minor sect. He stood against the four dominant powers of Andromeda not for his own glory, but to protect those beneath him. He values his people. And a monster with a Prime Arcane Concept does not bend the knee for mere UNI-Coins or artifacts."

Riven nodded slowly, understanding dawning in his eyes. "You intend to leverage his attachments."

"Exactly," Tyberius smiled cruelly. "We will not just offer him a position as a core disciple. We will offer him the position of Sect Successor. Furthermore, we will extend our protection to his entire Crimson Vital Sect. We will elevate his people, absorb them into our ranks as honored guests, and grant them resources they could never dream of in that backwater galaxy. We will buy his allegiance by offering him the one thing a protector desires: absolute security for his kin."

Tyberius turned toward the chamber doors, his dark robes flaring. "This boy is the key to breaking our stagnation. With a Prime Arcane Concept user at the helm, the Veiled Horizon Sect will conquer this entire galactic cluster! Prepare the Void-Breaker Fleet. We are leaving immediately. We will arrive in Andromeda with enough wealth to buy a hundred galaxies if necessary."

The Cerulean Spear Sect was a faction built purely on the philosophy of martial dominance. Their observation decks were not quiet rooms of study, but massive war-rooms filled with tactical holograms and armored commanders.

Representative Theron stood at strict attention before the towering figure of Elder Voss.

Voss was a mountain of a humanoid alien man, his body covered in thick, cerulean armor inscribed with dense combat runes.

Voss stared at the holographic projection of the Andromeda battle, his heavy arms crossed over his chest. He watched the multi-colored storm of arcane concepts tear through the void. Theron swallowed hard. "Elder Voss, the observation array confirms the presence of Causality. And the Chime of Consciousness—"

"I don't care about the Chime," Voss interrupted, his voice booming like a war drum. "I care about how he fights. Look at him, Theron! He didn't use authority to kill those Peak Rule Stage cowards. He used mortal power. Pure, unadulterated arcane mastery. He weaponized the very foundations of the universe to humiliate beings who had relied on authority for millions of years."

Voss slammed his fist into the table, the metal groaning under the force.

"This is exactly the kind of monster the Cerulean Spear Sect needs," Voss declared, his eyes burning with fanaticism. "Our sect was built on the belief that true strength lies in combat mastery, not just hiding behind divine domains. This boy embodies our philosophy to the absolute extreme. "But Elder," Theron cautioned, "the other Major Sects monitoring the Andromeda galaxy—"

"Let them come!" Voss roared, his aura flaring so intensely that the air in the war-room grew heavy and stifling. "Let the Starlight Sanctum and the Veiled Horizon bring their petty bribes and their sweet words. We will bring him the truth. We will bring him the highest grade of UNI-Contracts, non-binding, absolute trust pacts. We will offer him endless battlefields, infinite resources, and the right to forge his own path of carnage."

Voss turned toward the hangar bays visible through the massive reinforced viewports. Thousands of cerulean-colored warships floated in perfect formation, ready to deploy at a moment's notice.

"Let those minor sects in Andromeda play their little games of supremacy," Voss said, his grin widening into something feral and terrifying. "They have no idea that the real war is not between the Ashen Vortex and the Crimson Vital Sect."

Voss drew a massive, cerulean-bladed spear from his spatial ring, slamming its butt against the deck.

"The real war is the one we are about to wage for this boy's loyalty. Prepare my personal dreadnought and the Vanguard Armada. We march to Andromeda immediately. I want this Prime Arcane genius standing under my banner, even if I have to slaughter every other Major Sect envoy to get him!"
