The echo of Adrian's challenge hung in the dark void of the micro-dimension. For a fleeting heartbeat, the silence was absolute. Ignis, Balthazar, and Morwenna stared at him from three different directions, their domains still burning, crushing, and decaying the void around them, while Nightshade remained hidden within the shadows.

Then the void shattered.

Ignis, Balthazar, and Morwenna did not exchange a single word, nor did they need to. Millions of years of shared history, rivalry, hatred, and mutual survival had forged a terrifying synchronicity among them. They had fought one another through proxy wars, secret schemes, assassinations, failed alliances, and open confrontations for so long that their instincts had learned the shape of each other's intent.

The unspoken consensus was instantaneous. The anomaly standing before them, this unknown variable wielding fragments of their own techniques after only a handful of exchanges, had to be eliminated before the battlefield itself tilted beyond their control.

Adrian's white-grey eyes flared beneath his crimson aura. The rule structure began to form, Gravity, Pressure, Lock, and localized isolation aligning beneath his will.

But before the rule modification could even take shape, a crushing weight slammed into his mind.

"Negate."

The command came from Balthazar, instantly shredding Adrian's authority structure into useless sparks of mana before it could stabilize.

With his authority forcefully stripped, Adrian was left to rely on raw physical speed. He pushed his Source veins to their limits, his body bending at a sickening angle as he slipped through the millimeter-thin gap between Balthazar's crushing gravity and Morwenna's rotting blade.

Ignis's broadsword crashed through the space Adrian had occupied a microsecond before, and the shockwave of the missed strike blasted him backward, tearing fresh cuts across his crimson robes and sending burning fragments of golden flame licking across his defenses.

Adrian barely anchored his footing in the void before attempting to retaliate. He channeled his authority again, forming an offensive authority technique as he shifted his sword into a counterstroke aimed at Ignis's flank.

This time, the disruption came from Morwenna. Her cold, pervasive will snuffed out his technique before it could fully materialize.

Ignis was already on him again, his laughter booming through the void as his broadsword came down in another blazing arc. "Is this the extent of your trickery, boy? I do not know whether you are mirroring our techniques or using some other little trick, but it is useless if you cannot cast it."

The battle descended into a grueling, suffocating grind. Every single time Adrian attempted to manipulate the rules of reality, whether for offense, defense, or evasion, one of the three sect leaders immediately dedicated their authority to negate it.

Because they outmatched him three-to-one, they could rotate their suppression flawlessly. While one negated his authority, the other two unleashed devastating, lethal attacks, forcing Adrian to defend.

In a matter of seconds, Adrian was effectively stripped of authority. He was reduced to dodging and parrying with sheer physical perfection and basic arcane spells, his crimson blade cracking and reforming repeatedly beneath the relentless barrage.

Twin daggers intercepted the bone-white scythe. Nightshade materialized from the void. With a flick of his wrists, he redirected Morwenna's blade and kicked backward, grabbing Adrian by the shoulder and dragging him out of the kill zone.

"They have decided you are the greatest threat," Nightshade's voice drifted into Adrian's ear, cold and pragmatic. "We are at a disadvantage. If they maintain this rotation, we will be ground into dust."

Adrian wiped a fresh streak of crystallized blood from his jaw, his gaze locked on the three approaching powerhouses. "I noticed."

The battle morphed from a three-versus-one execution into a desperate three-versus-two struggle. But even with Nightshade's intervention, the odds remained overwhelmingly bleak.

Nightshade was a master of evasion and assassination, not sustained frontal warfare against three peers who had now put aside their rivalry long enough to focus on Adrian. He danced through the periphery, forcing Morwenna to hesitate, disrupting Balthazar's timing, and threatening Ignis whenever he overextended, but Ignis and Balthazar quickly adapted.

They ignored most of his feints and focused their crushing firepower on Adrian, only defending against Nightshade when his daggers came too close to something vital.

Minutes dragged like hours. The void became a storm of golden fire, pale rot, crushing gravity, and desperate shadows. Adrian deflected another shattering blow from Balthazar, the impact forcing him back dozens of meters as his arms trembled from the weight. He stabilized himself, his chest heaving slightly, his body healing almost as fast as it broke, but never fully returning to comfort before the next attack came.

Adrian observed the situation with clarity. There was nothing new left for him to learn from this battle in its current state. Ignis, Balthazar, and Morwenna were no longer displaying new, intricate authority techniques for him to dissect. They had realized the danger of feeding him information and had simplified their strategy into something far more oppressive.

They were using raw numbers, flawless timing, and rotational suppression to lock his authority down. They were drowning him in experience rather than exposing more of their secrets.

Even if he revealed himself only as a True Peak Rule Stage being, the twenty percent surplus authority would allow him to shatter their negation cycle and fight them with ease. He could overwhelm their mid-tier domains, force their techniques apart, and turn the entire battle back into his favor.

But revealing that level of power here carried heavy consequences. A micro-dimension was said to completely block outside eyes, but Adrian was not foolish enough to truly believe such a thing absolutely.

There could always be methods. Hidden observers, embedded recording formations, or powerful beings from Major Sects silently watching through means beyond Andromeda's public knowledge. If he revealed an Ultimate-tier presence, no matter if it's being his source or the divine concept of those mercenaries, he would inevitably draw the gaze of entities he was not yet fully prepared to face.

Survival comes first. If consequences come because of it, then we will deal with them afterward.

If Adrian did not use what he had now, he would eventually be worn down and killed. The choice was obvious. He signaled Nightshade with a glance, and the Thousand Veils Sect Leader instantly understood enough to retreat. Nightshade melded into the darkness and reappeared at Adrian's side, a safe distance away from the trio.

Ignis, Balthazar, and Morwenna halted their advance, forming a loose line. Their auras flared with hostility, but none of them rushed in immediately.

"Giving up?" Ignis sneered, resting his blazing broadsword on his shoulder. "A wise choice, though it will not save you from the ash heap."

Adrian stood tall, brushing a stray lock of hair away from his blood-stained face. "I should thank you for the lessons," he said, his voice echoing smoothly across the fractured void. "You have shown me the limits of your million-year foundations. But you truly believe authority is the unquestionable truth of this universe, do you not? The only law that matters."

Morwenna tilted her head, her eyes narrowing. "It is the only law that separates gods from mortals."

"If that is the limit of your understanding," Adrian replied, a dangerous smile curving his lips, "then allow me to teach you something new."

Ignis scoffed. To the three ancient leaders, Adrian's words sounded like the desperate, arrogant rambling of an insect trying to maintain pride before being crushed.

Adrian did not care about their reactions. His attention turned entirely inward for a split second, and in that single imperceptible moment, he did something no normal cultivator in the universe would ever dare to attempt.

The suffocating, heavy presence of the Crimson Vital Dominion surrounding Adrian vanished entirely. The deep crimson energy sword in his hand dissolved into nothingness. The oppressive authority he wielded plummeted to zero. To the naked eye, he had just completely lost his power.

More than eighty arcane concepts mastered to the Advanced Galactic level and hundreds more at the Basic Galactic level erupted simultaneously. They were not carefully woven into balanced, stabilized divine concepts. They were raw, unfiltered, completely untamed, and each carried its own rules of reality.

A shockwave of pure multi-colored essence exploded from Adrian's body, tearing through the micro-dimension with a violence that defied logic. The black void was instantly illuminated by a blinding kaleidoscope of colors: crimson fire, deep blue water, pale green life, violet gravity, pitch-black shadow, silver space, golden light, dark devour, and countless other hues weaving together in a chaotic roaring storm of universal rules.

The sheer density of the arcane energy surrounding him was so immense that space itself began to crack under the pressure, unable to contain the raw weight of unbridled concepts that were never meant to be channeled together by a single cultivator.

Adrian reached out his hand, and the multi-colored essence funneled into his palm, condensing into a new energy sword. The blade shifted colors every microsecond, humming with a frequency that made the very void scream.

Nightshade violently pushed himself away from Adrian, retreating hundreds of meters in a fraction of a second.

It was not merely the volume of energy that terrified him. As Nightshade looked at the multi-colored storm wrapping around Adrian, he felt a sensation that made his Rule Core tremble.

He felt gazes.

Countless invisible gazes stared at him from within the swirling colors. It was as if every single strand of essence surrounding Adrian possessed its own sentience.

These were not the dull, inanimate energies of normal spells or even ordinary divine essence. They felt ancient, primal, and impossibly vast, like looking into the eyes of forces that had shaped the universe before cultivators ever learned to name them.

And it was not just Nightshade.

The four sect leaders blinked, their minds stalling as they tried to process the impossible sight before them. The multi-colored essence wrapping around the boy was not a single unified divine concept. It was a torrential flood of individual arcane concepts, dozens, hundreds of them, moving together without fusing, contradicting one another without collapsing.

No cultivator could comprehend that many concepts. Even if someone did comprehend them, one should not be able to channel that many conflicting rules at the same time without detonating instantly.

Fire and Water, Life and Death, Space and Gravity, Devour and Stabilization, Force and Silence, Light and Shadow, each truth should have pushed against the others, tearing the cultivator apart from the inside.

Yet Adrian stood there.

His eyes snapped open, blazing with shifting prismatic light that contained the fury of a hundred storms. He was no longer merely a cultivator wielding a weapon.

He had become the embodiment of the arcane concepts themselves.
