Eloise did as Damien instructed. His length pulsed in her hold as she gripped him, his hands wrapped around hers to guide her into a rhythm.

Eloise thought she was applying too much pressure at first, but when she looked up, Damien’s cheeks were flushed, just as she imagined her own had been when his head was between her legs.

A wave of confidence came over her.

’Now is not the moment to be shy,’ Eloise thought, eager to give Damien the same pleasure she had experienced.

Damien drew his hands away from hers, giving her the freedom to explore. "Move your hands by yourself," he said, his voice low and rough. "Go up to the tip, and then back down. Start slowly until you find a rhythm."

Eloise moved her hands just as she was told, listening to Damien’s deep, controlled intakes of breath as she worked. She squeezed gently, earning a low utter of her name from somewhere deep in his throat.

Eloise pressed her legs together as the familiar warmth returned. She was aroused simply from the act of pleasuring him.

As her confidence grew, Eloise found a faster pace. She looked up, watching Damien’s muscles tighten. He was losing himself under her touch, just as she had wanted.

Eloise remembered Damien’s earlier request and leaned forward, her lips parting as she prepared to taste him.

Damien surfaced from the daze he had fallen into and watched Eloise through half-lidded eyes. Her tongue slipped past her rosy lips to trace the tip of his length. Had it not been for his considerable restraint, he would have undone himself entirely then and there.

"Be careful with your teeth," Damien warned, his voice strained.

"I know," Eloise replied, though she had no experience whatsoever. "Allow me to try. I won’t hurt you," she promised, her breath warm against him.

Eloise leaned forward, this time taking him into her mouth. There was a taste she would have to grow accustomed to, but she set it aside. She went further, consuming as much of him as she could manage.

The soft sounds she made vibrated against his length.

Certain she had reached her limit, Eloise lifted her head carefully, mindful of her teeth.

Eloise fell into a steady rhythm, her head bobbing at the same unhurried pace she had used with her hands. A low string of curses fell from Damien’s lips above her, and moments later, his fingers tangled themselves into her hair.

His hands did not press her to take more of him. Instead, he tilted her gaze upward, intent on seeing her face.

Eloise met Damien’s eyes for a split second and knew immediately that if he could pull her up to kiss her, he would.

Eloise decided to experiment, working her hands in time with the movement of her head, matching the rhythm.

Damien’s grip in her hair tightened, though not enough to hurt.

"Eloise," her name left his lips as more of a plea than anything else. "Move."

Eloise drew back with a soft gasp, looking up at him with wide eyes, worried she had hurt him, only to realise he had spared her from the full force of his release.

Damien’s reflexes had been quick enough to use his trousers to contain himself so Eloise would not be spoiled by the mess.

Eloise’s ears burned red as she watched, intrigued by the sight. "How do I know when to move?"

To Eloise, it was a simple question, but to Damien, it confirmed that she had not been put off by what they had shared.

"I will tell you," Damien answered, setting his trousers to the side.

"I see. When you did it to me, you did not move away. Is it normal to swallow rather than let it spill? I mean, would you prefer that I stay or move?" Eloise asked, absently pressing her finger against her leg as she awaited his answer.

"I prefer whatever you are comfortable with. It is not everyone’s cup of tea," Damien replied, his voice finally beginning to settle.

Damien reached for Eloise and pulled her back up onto the bed. He lay flat whilst Eloise settled herself over him, her knees on either side of his hips.

"What now?" Eloise asked softly, placing her hand on his chest and feeling his heartbeat still racing beneath her palm.

"That is enough for tonight. We don’t need to rush everything into one night. You promised me a lifetime," Damien said, his hand finding the curve of her waist, content to hold her there.

Damien used his right hand to fix the sleeves of Eloise’s dress so her breast wouldn’t be exposed to him. "We have two more days in town," he said, reminding Eloise they had time. "If I am not careful and gentle, it may hurt you to rush into intimacy."

"You opened the doors to an experience I enjoyed," Eloise said, her fingers trailing the rigid lines on Damien’s abdomen. "For tonight, you may rest, but I look forward to a new experience tomorrow night. For now, you must feed me."

Damien’s chest vibrated under Eloise’s touch. "I will get you food shortly. Dinner isn’t done yet, or they would have come knocking."

"What if our intimacy hadn’t ended so soon?"

"The servants are wise to know that if we do not answer, we are occupied with each other. That dress truly looks lovely on you," Damien said, admiring the white dress again. "I must have her create a wedding dress and have our portraits done."

Eloise raised her brow. "You are into such things?"

"I am. Your portraits should be displayed on our walls since you are part of the family. I should have done it sooner to properly welcome you to the estate," Damien said, angry with himself for not doing it sooner.

"I already feel welcomed at the estate, but I will do the portrait if it makes you happy. I also wouldn’t mind wearing a wedding dress again. I feel like a princess," Eloise said, thinking of the ball. "I would like to see you dressed up again," she confessed.

"I’ll arrange it as soon as we return to the estate. I wonder if it was your maids doing or just your natural beauty. You look radiant above me," Damien said, yearning for more of Eloise’s hair to fall over her shoulders to frame her face.

"I do believe Hannah knew what was coming and helped me, but I also think it is my beauty," Eloise said, followed by laughter.

Damien joined Eloise in laughter. "I fear I have created a monster."
