The next day.

The yoga mat I had ordered the night before arrived. Nowadays, most things get delivered within a day, which was great. When I was young, such quick delivery was unimaginable.

It arrived early in the morning, so I washed it immediately, sun-dried it on the balcony, and then spread it out in the middle of the living room. Since it was Sunday, the whole family was home, and they all watched as I set it up.

"Can we do that too?"

Heena and I started doing the stretches and yoga poses we learned yesterday on the yoga mat. Following the routine the trainer gave us. Of course, we had no intention of doing the couple's yoga we learned last.

For a while, we were holding each other's hands or shoulders, doing decent couple yoga, but it seemed like playing to Sarang. She suddenly abandoned Heeseong-hyung and came over to me, tapping my arm.

"Daddy~ Sarang wants to do it too!"

"Yes, yoga!"

Saying that, she flopped down on the floor with her legs spread wide like we did.

Sarang, despite being young, was usually quick-witted and could tell when we were working and when we weren't. When I was working on the computer, she generally didn't bother me and played by herself.

Seeing her joining us like this, she must have thought our couple yoga was playing.

She twirled around holding our hands, sat down and bent over to touch her toes, and everyone in the family showered her with praise.

We took Sarang with us to the gym. It was my fifth visit. On weekdays, I had slightly more intense PT sessions with the male trainer than on weekends.

We arrived around the same time as last week and headed straight to the room at the back.

"Heena, it's been a week! Are you enjoying yoga?"

"Hi! I'm Sarang! I'm four years old!"

"Yes! I came to exercise with Mommy and Daddy!"

"Really~ Do you like cats? Your outfit is a cat outfit."

"I love cats! Today, I'm a cat... not a real cat but still a cat!"

The trainer, crouching down to Sarang's eye level, chatted with her. She couldn't take her eyes off Sarang's outfit. We got a lot of stares on our way here too.

Sarang was dressed in a striped short-sleeve shirt and pants that reminded you of a tabby cat, complete with a hat with cat ears.

It was like she was cosplaying as a cat.

The outfit was a playful gift from my brother Heeseong two days ago, and Sarang loved it so much she screamed with joy when she saw it, leading to her wearing it out today.

She had worn it all day at home yesterday and insisted on wearing it again today, causing a fuss from the morning. As a result, she was the center of the trainer's attention here too.

The trainer, after getting our permission, carefully patted Sarang a few times, then sighed and stood up.

"I never thought about having kids, but suddenly I want to get married."

"Find the right person, and you definitely should. It's really great."

"I will. Shall we get started? Let's begin with some stretches... Do you want to learn about the equipment or continue with yoga?"

"Is it okay to stick with yoga? It's hard to come even once on weekends, so it might be difficult to consistently do other exercises."

Honestly, Heena looked very tired today, so I had debated whether we should come or not. Given the situation, we couldn't be sure about our weekend plans, so there was no need to learn gym exercises.

After finishing our conversation, we patted Sarang before starting our stretches.

"Sarang, can you sit here quietly and wait?"

"Yes. I'm a cat. Cats always sleep!"

"Then watch Mommy and Daddy exercise~"

"I'll watch!"

Even though Sarang usually listened well, she was still a child, and there was no telling when she'd get bored and start whining. We needed to finish one session quickly and then play with her a bit.

Seeing Sarang sitting on the yoga mat, we started stretching. Recently, I had been waking up early to do stretches regularly. It felt refreshing to shower after this.

Having become quite familiar with the movements, we smoothly went through the routine we learned last time, earning applause from the trainer.

-Clap clap clap!

"You both must have practiced a lot! You're doing great!"

We had been doing it almost every day. I worried our form might be off since we practiced alone, but the trainer's reaction suggested we were doing fine.

Just as we were about to move into the yoga poses, Sarang stood up and started copying us.

Though it seemed like she wasn't trying to disrupt us, Sarang was moving her body energetically with her arms outstretched.

Because of this, the three of us couldn't help but have grins on our faces, but we continued with the yoga class without stopping.

"Now, let's upgrade what we did last time a little bit. Hold each other's shoulders like before─"

It was hard not to feel sorry for the trainer, who was trying her best not to get distracted by Sarang.

Honestly, even we found her to be a scene-stealer. Glancing over, I saw Sarang, trying to follow along by stretching her arms into the air, eventually getting tired and collapsing.

"And then... um... your arms..."

"...I'm sorry, but can we take a short break?"

Unable to hold back, the trainer finally asked to pause. Sarang was trying her best to be good, but her presence was overwhelming.

I doubted it would come to that, but on our way here, others working out did glance at us.

A little girl dressed as a cat walking through the gym would naturally catch attention. Or maybe they were looking at Heena, with her striking beauty.

In the end, we paused our workout and chatted with Sarang. Sarang, wanting to join us, quickly snuggled between my knees with a big smile.

"I was going to teach you the rest of the couple's yoga today... but it seems difficult now."

I didn't ask why. The exercises we learned last week were already quite suggestive, and doing them in front of Sarang was not appropriate. The trainer probably understood this too.

However, Heena, who was 200% satisfied with last week's session, wasn't ready to give up.

Well, we wouldn't be able to do anything risqué today, so maybe we'll visit a cat café afterward. Sarang seemed to want to see cats again.

It was such a peaceful weekend.

Doing yoga with Heena, sometimes mixing in a bit of naughtiness, and playing with Sarang, enjoying our time together leisurely.
