"The Sect test in two days from now, and Ariel waiting for me tomorrow... I better take care of thing today since I probably won’t get a chance tomorrow."

As Damon muttered to himself, he walks faster until he reached one of the counter desks.

"Good morning, young master, how may I assist you?" The attendant greeted him.

"I need a high-quality cultivation room for the Elementary Spirit Realm. I’ll be staying until tomorrow morning."

"Ah... getting ready for the Azure Dragon Sect selection, I take it?" She flashed a cheerful smile toward Damon.

"That’ll be fifty silver coins for the night in a high-quality Elementary Spirit Realm cultivation room, number 69, second floor." She slid a card across the counter toward him.

"Thank you." He placed a gold coin down on the desk, and collected his change along with the card, then climbed to the second floor and came to a stop before the cultivation room door.

He pressed the card to the lock, and, after a brief pause, the heavy door swung open to reveal a spacious room with entirely black walls, illuminated only by Qi crystals emanating a faint, otherworldly blue glow.

He stepped inside, then the door sealing shut behind him.

He moves toward the center of the room, immediately sensing the Qi around him surge in density.

After a few moments, the spiritual energy was already twenty times denser than it had been outside.

’Not that it matters to him since he can’t cultivate the conventional way, but it’s something, at least.’
