Ever since gaining his powers, Caelum had never actually left Earth.

Now that he finally had some downtime after returning to the real world, he decided to properly explore the universe.

Caelum appeared in outer space, his figure constantly flickering across countless locations as he observed the universe through Universal Omniscience and the divine art Omni Vision.

A gigantic beast threw back its head and roared.

Within the Orion Arm of the Milky Way, Caelum found the Astryx Empire Fluffball had mentioned before.

It was a star domain ruled by highly evolved beast type intelligent lifeforms.

Their combat power was terrifying.

The stronger beasts could casually destroy planets, while the truly monstrous ones possessed power comparable to stars themselves.

Compared to them, Earth’s current civilization was nowhere close.

As Caelum stepped onto one of the Astryx Empire’s inhabited planets, a savage colossal beast noticed him immediately and lunged with a furious roar.

Caelum narrowed his eyes.

The beast instantly froze.

An overwhelming fear surged through its body, forcing it to stop mid charge before obediently lowering itself onto the ground like a harmless oversized cat.

Caelum casually stroked the creature’s fur.

The beast did not dare move an inch.

When it looked up again, Caelum was already gone.

In a single instant, he crossed countless galaxies and arrived at the edge of the universe itself.

The barrier separating the universe from the outside world offered no resistance whatsoever.

Passing through it was as easy as walking through air.

Beyond the universal boundary lay a breathtaking sight.

Within endless void drifted an immeasurable number of universes.

The Earth universe was merely a drop in an endless ocean.

Calling this place the Endless Sea of Universes could not have been more fitting.

With his current strength, Caelum already possessed enough power to destroy all twelve universes from Super Universe.

Combined with Star of the Infinite’s miracle amplification effect...

He estimated his full power attack could probably wipe out hundreds of thousands of universes.

And that was him being conservative.

Star of the Infinite’s miracle effect functioned like an infinitely long lever.

Using the principle of leverage, it could amplify Caelum’s strength countless times over.

Even multiplying his power by tens of thousands was probably an understatement.

Caelum reached into the Sea of Universes and casually scooped up a massive universe.

The enormous cosmos rapidly shrank until it rested in his palm like a dark, bottomless bubble.

Stars shimmered within it.

Infinite darkness stretched endlessly.

Countless civilizations and forms of life flourished inside.

Among them, one cultivation civilization stood above the rest.

At that moment, boundless sword qi erupted from within the universe.

A swordsman rode forward atop a flying sword, sharp brows and starry eyes radiating heroic spirit while endless sword energy surrounded him.

"Who dares invade the Sword Realm Universe?!"

A streak of sword light pointed directly at Caelum.

Caelum did not move.

Dark cosmic energy swirled around him.

The sword light disappeared into it without creating even the slightest ripple.

The swordsman focused his gaze.

Then his pupils contracted violently.

Only now did he realize he was standing inside someone’s palm.

Within the Endless Sea of Universes floated an existence beyond comprehension.

Terrifying energy capable of suppressing countless universes surrounded that being.

Compared to him, the swordsman himself felt less significant than a grain of sand.

His expression changed instantly.

He sheathed his sword and bowed deeply in panic.

"This junior acted rashly and meant no offense. Please forgive my disrespect, Senior!"

Caelum remained silent.

He simply observed the swordsman with interest.

This was the first time he had encountered a cultivation civilization.

At least, none like this existed within Earth’s universe.

The swordsman grew increasingly nervous.

"Please forgive my offense, Senior!"

Suddenly amused, Caelum reached into the Sea of Universes once more and grabbed several additional universes.

The scene left the swordsman completely shaken.

Manipulating universes like toys in one’s palm...

This was power beyond imagination.

Caelum stared at the universes in his hand with interest, quietly waiting.

As expected...

A few moments later, light flashed from within one of the universes.

An elderly mage wearing long robes and carrying a staff stepped out.

He was about to speak when his voice abruptly stopped.

"Who dares possess such audacity to..."

The old mage stiffened.

His entire attitude changed instantly.

With utmost respect, he bowed deeply toward Caelum.

"May this humble one ask what commands the Exalted Sovereign has for us?"

Cowardice was not optional here.

The old man considered himself a veteran who had wandered the Sea of Universes for countless ages, his strength reaching the pinnacle of existence.

Yet this was the first time he had encountered such a terrifying being.

On the surface he appeared calm.

Inside, he was panicking hard.

Like the swordsman, he could not comprehend why such an existence had suddenly appeared in the Sea of Universes.

Still, understanding the situation was not important.

Surviving was.

A sudden idea flashed through Caelum’s mind.

Under the horrified gazes of the mage and swordsman, he clapped both hands together.

The universes in his palms were forcibly compressed into one another and fused into a much larger universe.

"Exalted Sovereign!"

"Please stop!"

The two nearly thought Caelum was about to destroy their universes.

Only after realizing he was merely fusing them did they finally breathe in relief.

The old mage and swordsman exchanged looks.

Apparently, they were neighbors now.

Caelum estimated this was essentially a universal ascension.

The fused universe clearly contained far more energy than ordinary universes.

Naturally, stronger beings would likely emerge within it in the future as well.

Enhanced by Star of the Infinite’s miracle effect, Caelum’s observational range expanded rapidly, encompassing a massive portion of the Sea of Universes.

After a long while, he finally stopped using Omni Vision.

From his investigation, he confirmed that the strongest beings in the Sea of Universes were roughly at the level of the old mage and the swordsman.

Anything beyond that did not seem to exist.

Of course...

Caelum himself was the exception.

Now that he had figured everything out, his interest in the Sea of Universes faded considerably.

The next moment, he vanished and returned to Earth to crawl under his blanket and go to sleep.

Honestly, there was not much fun stuff out there anyway.

Seeing him leave, the old mage and swordsman finally relaxed.

The two exchanged another glance.

Neither needed to say what they were thinking.

An existence that terrifying appearing within the Sea of Universes...

Who knew what chaos the future might bring?

At the very least, they had both profited immensely this time.

Their universes had evolved through fusion, becoming stronger than before.

That meant better odds of survival in the Sea of Universes.

"Caelum, this is Van from the DMB. We were hoping we could talk."

The knocking started early in the morning.

Caelum crawled out from under his blanket with messy bed hair and dead fish eyes before opening the door in irritation.

Van’s smiling face entered his view.

"Caelum, I’m from the DMB and..."

Whoosh whoosh whoosh!

Before he could finish speaking, Caelum kicked all of them flying.

They shot straight from the apartment entrance to the front gate of the complex before crashing onto the ground in a miserable heap.

Then rolled a few extra times for good measure.
