Caelum did not think too much about it.

Now that he was back in reality, he just wanted to relax.

One young man struggled to his feet. Seeing Caelum casually eating his popsicle nearby, he gave a quick warning.

"You should get away from here. It’s dangerous!"

Caelum nodded and kept eating.

The young Shieldbearer activated his wrist terminal, his expression serious.

"I’ve encountered an intrusion entity. Estimated threat level D. I can’t handle it alone. Requesting backup!"

Then he rushed forward again.

He had no choice.

He needed to stall the enemy until reinforcements arrived. It was not easy to find a target like this.

Ten seconds later—

He was sent flying back again.

This time, he was badly injured, coughing up blood and barely conscious.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw—

Caelum was still eating his popsicle.

Heavy footsteps approached.

Only then did Caelum get a clear look at the intruder.

A middle aged man in silver knight armor, holding a heavy sword.

Like a knight straight out of the medieval era.

The knight stood firm, his gaze sharp.

"Too weak. You cannot even stir my fighting spirit."

Caelum observed him with curiosity.

This was his first time seeing an intrusion entity up close.

The young man’s estimate was wrong.

By proper standards, this knight was at least C rank, capable of affecting an entire city.

The young man had simply not forced him to reveal his true strength.

Caelum glanced up at the sky.

"Backup’s pretty fast."

A flash of light appeared above.

The knight looked up as well, only to be struck by a descending streak of light. The impact created a crater in the ground.

Unfortunately, it did little damage.

More streaks followed.

The knight swung his sword several times, easily deflecting them.

By coincidence, one streak flew straight toward Caelum.

He was hit by the shockwave while still eating his popsicle.

Fortunately, he had a spatial barrier around him, so his precious snack remained safe.

He had no interest in watching this low level fight any longer.

Caelum snapped his fingers.

An invisible spatial cage instantly trapped the knight, then shattered like glass.

When space stabilized again—

The knight was gone.

Completely erased.

Not even a trace remained.

Caelum yawned and stood up.

"Getting sleepy. Time to head back."

The young Shieldbearer stared at his back in shock.

"So strong."
