Caelum sat at the bow of the lone boat, holding a fishing rod.

There was nothing to catch in the Sea of Transcendence itself.

He had once tried fishing from the River of Time beneath its waters.

Every so often, certain figures would leap out of the river like fish.

Unfortunately, none ever took the bait.

Even now, he had yet to catch anything.

"They were raised by my own hand," Caelum said.

"No matter how poor their talents might have been, they could never have turned out too badly. If they lacked even this much ability, how could they call themselves my disciples?"

Aurelius looked at him.

"Have you ever truly treated them as your disciples?"

From his vantage point on the Sea of Transcendence, he had seen everything clearly.

When the dust settled, a bottomless abyss stretching billions of miles had appeared.

Activating the Secret of Transcendence, Caelum waved a hand.

An endless ocean poured forth.

Boundless Primal Essence flooded into the abyss, filling it completely and transforming it into a limitless sea.

Then he raised a hand.

Bladeleaf flew from his sleeve and settled above his palm.
